Browncoats:

Britain's Richard Branson has announced extra-atmospheric flights in an offshoot to his Virgin Airlines. Please read this article:

Make special note of the heading "13 Things to Expect From Virgin Galactic Airlines", specifically, line items 11., 9., 7., 5.(?!), 2., and 1. (published in descending order). The author calls 'em "space hookers"; but we here at FFFn know that the proper reference is: "sp'whores".

I also loved the "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" bit, in the prologue. I laughed for the better part of 5 minutes. Ahhh! Guilty pleasures...

Astronautically,

P.S.
Whatever became of the thread wherein we discussed the creation of futuristic words by adding "sp' " (short for 'space') to the front of ordinary terms? My favorites: sp'am and sp'ork. Guess I'm just sp'sentimental.

P.P.S.
I would've put this in "Real World Discussions", but I doubt anything Branson does really fits there...

Remember, he's not crazy. He's eccentric.

But still good to see someone from England get into the news.

Branson - addicted to launching new products as Rory Bremner had it last night.

May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Space hookers? Shiny! Now all they need is a temple and an academy.
