What do all these cities have in common?

They have Landmark theaters according to http://www.landmarktheatres.com/ Cities listed as having Landmark theaters as of 12/5/2006

And some Landmark theaters have realized that Serenity midnight movies are great for business especially around holidays!

Several Landmark theaters screened Serenity in November and there is already one screening Serenity for Christmas weekend.

Midnight Serenity screenings Friday 12/22/06 and Saturday 12/23/2006
River Oaks Theatre (Landmark Theatres) Houston, TX

I'm not sure how early you need to get to the drafthouse for trivia, I'm getting there at 6:15 though, I want to get a good seat and last time it showed there it sold out so I didn't get to see it

I'm in St. Louis and have been watching for it to show up. Thought it would be making the rounds but I will get off my bum and start making noise.

America loves a winner!

Since we're first on the list, seems we should join in on the fun. Thanks for the info! Fill y'all in later on the details.

People love a happy ending. So every episode, I will explain once again that I don't like people. And then Mal will shoot someone. Someone we like. And their puppy. - Joss

The screening went great! A decent amount of people were there, some folks dressed up, our very own Engine Angel came as Kaylee, it was great to put a face with a (screen) name. There was some trivia and a raffle (which I didn't win). Plus I wore my very own Jayne hat that was made by Callmeserenity.

It was awesome watching it with other Browncoats, you don't get that kind of camaraderie watching it with other people.

This was great for me because I didn't see it on the big screen the first time around so I got my second chance. I can't wait till the next one.

THATWEIRDGIRL

It was fun. The crowd was very responsive to the movie. EA was great. I won the costume contest, but it was weird competing against EA and Pez. Heh. I hope Engie can use the passes for her family...good seeing you again!

See you at D*C.

We are talking to theater management about the possibility of future charity screenings :)

General contact:
CustomerService (at) LandmarkTheatres (dot) com

note: they spell theatres with british "re" not "er" (if you are typing and not pasting)

Obviously contacting YOUR local theatre is best for inciting Serenity screenings but general email could work too. And a kind THANK YOU after the Houston & Seattle screenings wouldn't go amiss... just sayin'
