Serenity is getting repaired right now in my fic - i was pretty sure of the moon thing but then the doubt - oh god the doubt!!!

I think the grave markers are on Haven. (Are they really graves or just memoprials?)

The repair probably does not take place on Mr Universe's moon. The novelization says Persephone.

There is a question of how they get from one place to the other as even if the operative was willing to give them a ride, would they accept? would they have a choice? Or are they taken under custody and then later released?

I think from the stand down scene to the last scene where they take off there is a two week gap (not sure where I read that though).

Besides there is not that electrical disturbance thing when they fly off that surrounded Mr Universe's moon (but that could have been artificial...)

Thank you for tackling this timeframe. It's a difficult one at that. Most people have the urge to jump forward a few months once things have settled into some sort of pattern. That is probably easier.
