Just did a quick search for billboard rents.
Monthly rent around Hollywood seems to be about
$10,000. We could do that.

Tried reading the rates for New York Times paper
but didn't have a clue what I was looking at.
Someone else maybe familiar with this stuff?

BTW I'm at work, so this isn't me talkin.
I'm workin here.

Thanks Serena777!
I have been seeing too many negative posts lately! I think we have to try something. We didnt have the movie to back up us when it was first cancelled. We have some back bone now, and that may be all we need.
Although I do agree that some network out there is just waiting to see if Serenity hits it's 'profitable' mark, I still think that the more buzz we can create with letters and e-mails, the more interesting and profitable it will look to the network's that are considering it. Without a fan base, it's nothing.
We are the key, and if it doesn't make it, it was still worth all the time and effort.
I just bought 'Web Design for Dummies', to see if I can figure out how to set up a home base just for the letter writing and e-mail campaign, and then I'll put a link on every forum out there. The easier it is to send these letters, the more people will do it. Unless, of course, the adminstrator of this site, can set something up like that.

There's some info in there on NY-Times pricing.

Not 100% sure I got it right, but the links are tehre to track down the info from the NYT website.

Whoa, that's way expensive.

Now I'm new to all this so I dunno how often it
comes up - maybe daily? But it seems like the
Powers That Be keep putting out messages that read
like, a) What Part of No Don't You Understand?
and b) Hope Springs Eternal. Is anyone else willing to spend money on ads when the answer might already be (a)?
