I'm not really sure what is going on but I think there is something wrong with this thread:

http://www.fireflyfans.net/thread.asp?b=14&t=12561

Who knows, maybe I'm the one that screwed it up! It says that there were 3 new posts to this thread today, but it stops at the date of April 30, 2006.

I know it's not a really big deal but I thought somebody might want to take a look at it.

YINYANG

You were busy trying to get yourself lit on fire. It happens.

I think it depends on which browser you're using. I can get the thread to work in Netscape (but, oddly enough, not Firefox), and I don't know about Internet Explorer. But, yeah, there is a problem.

HAKEN

Likes to mess with stuffs.

Actually, not just thread. Something was wrong with the database. The Transaction Logs are supposed to clear itself on a regular maintenance plan, but something is wrong and it hasn't been clearing, which led to it being full. I manually cleared it and hopefully this fixes the problem.

What happened? He see your face?

Thanks for getting us going again Haken!

Good Ole SQL Server...

I had something similar happen with DB shrink during the optimizations on a maintenance plan.

We turned on "Unrestricted file growth" for the time being 'cause it was on a dedicated box with plenty of room. ...and ran 'em manually later and all was fine.

But according to the event log the agent ran the jobs.

just weird!
