This may be old news for some of you diehard LOTR fans even though it's only been available since yesterday... new trailer shows snippets of scenes added to the extended DVD release. Great stuff - you will be drooling again, and reaching for your wallet/purse. The nibs: Gandalf confronts Saruman, Gandalf confronts the Witch King (Gandalf? He don't play), and The Mouth of Sauron - 3 greatly missed moments from the book in the theatrical release are now in there. Thanks to New Line and Peter Jackson.

America loves a winner!

I saw snippets of Gandalf and the Witch King prior to the release of ROTK, and was a bit bummed that it didn't show up in the movie. Can't wait to hunker down and watch the extended DVD.

I've been wondering when the extended DvD version would be roughly coming out!

I haven't seen the third instalment yet. (I've been wanting to see the extended version first.) Am I crazy? :)
