Anybody seen this movie? Looks like a good scifi B movie. Spaceman hooks up with the Vikings. That's all I know. Looks like a few good actors in it.

DEADLOCKVICTIM

I haven't seen it, but it actually got decent reviews in the local press - and they usually hate everything - Alien vs. Highlander is how i have heard it described - what could go wrong??

Out here in the vasty nothingness of my hometown, movies are few and far between - i'll make the trip into Dallas to see it (if it's still around) or do what I normally do - wait for the DVD....

STORYMARK

It's a "dumped" movie. So, if it's not showing in your town, it won't, and f it is, see it quick, 'cause it won't be there long.

And by "dumped" I mean, the studio has been sitting on it for well over a year, and can't figure out how to market it, so they're essentailly releasing it strght to DVD, but contractual obligations require them to give it a nominal theatrical release. There's a movie with Mickey Rourke, Tom Jane and Dianne Lane called "Killshot" which just got released in the same fashion last week (after having had trailers on various DVDs for the last 2 years).

Both movies are Weinstein releases, and they're somewhat notorious for that style of handling with difficult to market films.

"I thoroughly disapprove of duels. If a man should challenge me, I would take him kindly and forgivingly by the hand and lead him to a quiet place and kill him."

StoryMark, Killshot is another flick I would like to see. So far everything I am hearing is good on these two flicks. Thanks PC
