This is a curious stance to take. I don't know why the administration would choose to have input in this case.

I also find the immunity itself odd. I remember a lady in Florida who married a Cuban spy. She sued the Cuban government and won.

Or that's how I remember it. And I think she had far less cause to sue than someone who was sexually abused by an operative working for a foreign government.
