Yanno, when it comes to this you COULD use slightly less inflammatory titling - not that you would, though.

This came out of the "complicity" mess whereupon it was bandied about that nailing the "gateway" third-party billing systems offering access to the content was the surest way of effectively prosecuting the case - because it's essentially an intentional credit card purchase of illegal material, which is about as solid a piece of evidence as you could ever want in court.

I mean, unless the card was reported stolen during that period, and being that one cannot go back and rewrite financial records so easily, bang-zowie, open and shut case.

That is till they realized how many gov and military personnel of high rank were on that list, at which point the video here becomes relevant, does it not ?
