UPDATE: Abercrombie Admits Failure To Discover Obama Birth Certificate - Veteran reporter Mike Evans has described in a radio interview how Hawaii Governor and close friend Neil Abercrombie was shocked at his failure to discover Obama’s birth certificate after using his power to search hospital records, an outcome that could seriously impact President Obama’s re-election campaign.

Hawaii law bars release of Obama birth info

(AP) – 20 hours ago, TODAY

HONOLULU (AP) — A privacy law that shields birth certificates has prompted Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie to abandon efforts to dispel claims that President Barack Obama was born outside Hawaii, his office says.

State Attorney General David Louie told the governor that privacy laws bar him from disclosing an individual's birth documentation without the person's consent, Abercrombie spokeswoman Donalyn Dela Cruz said Friday.

"There is nothing more that Gov. Abercrombie can do within the law to produce a document," said Dela Cruz. "Unfortunately, there are conspirators who will continue to question the citizenship of our president."

Abercrombie, who was a friend of Obama's parents and knew him as a child, launched an investigation last month into whether he can release more information about the president's Aug. 4, 1961 birth. The governor said at the time he was bothered by people who questioned Obama's birthplace for political reasons.

But Abercrombie's attempt reached a dead end when Louie told him the law restricted his options.

Hawaii's privacy laws have long barred the release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who doesn't have a tangible interest.

So-called "birthers" claim Obama is ineligible to be president because they say there's no proof he was born in the United States, with many of the skeptics questioning whether he was actually born in Kenya, his father's home country.

Hawaii's health director said in 2008 and 2009 that she had seen and verified Obama's original vital records, and birth notices in two Honolulu newspapers were published within days of Obama's birth at Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu.

Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo again confirmed Friday that Obama's name is found in its alphabetical list of names of people born in Hawaii, maintained in bound copies available for public view.

That information, called index data, shows a listing for "Obama II, Barack Hussein, Male," according to the department's website.

"The index is just to say who has their records within the department. That's an indication," Okubo said. "I can't talk about anyone's records."

The Obama campaign issued a certificate of live birth in 2008, an official document from the state showing the president's birth date, city and name, along with his parents' names and races.

Hawaii governor claims record of Obama's birth 'exists in archives' but can't produce the vital document

LONDON DAILY MAIL
20th January 2011

Pressure was mounting on Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie today amid increasing confusion over whether President Obama was born there.

Abercrombie said on Tuesday that an investigation had unearthed papers proving Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961.

He told Honolulu's Star-Advertiser: 'It actually exists in the archives, written down,' he said.

But it became apparent that what had been discovered was an unspecified listing or notation of Obama's birth that someone had made in the state archives and not a birth certificate.

And in the same interview Abercrombie suggested that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

He said efforts were still being made to track down definitive vital records that would prove Obama was born in Hawaii.

Abercrombie was asked: 'You stirred up quite a controversy with your comments regarding birthers and your plan to release more information regarding President Barack Obama's birth certificate. How is that coming?'

He acknowledged the birth certificate issue would have 'political implications' for the next presidential election 'that we simply cannot have'.

'It's a matter of principle with me,' the 72-year-old said. 'I knew his mum and dad. I was here when he was born. Anybody who wants to ask a question honestly could have had their answer already.'

Birthers insist Obama, born in 1961, is not eligible to be commander in chief. The reasons often vary, and have changed and expanded in the two years since the Internet rumour began.

Some believe his Certification of Live Birth is fake and he was really born in Kenya. Others argue that Obama is a citizen of the United Kingdom or Indonesia. Most theories have been dismissed by many in public office and the media, and have been found to be misleading or generally untrue.
However, the conspiracy theories still thrive, and according to Abercrombie, are likely to continue despite whatever evidence that shows him to be a proper U.S. citizen.

'You're not going to convince those people because they have a political agenda, or they have minds that go in that kind of direction,' he told CNN. 'Conspiratorial theorists are never going to be satisfied. This has gone into another area of political attack.'

And he again promised he would do 'what I can do' to publicly verify that records show Obama was born in Hawaii and is a citizen of the United States, making him eligible to be President.

The Governor vowed when he took office in December that he would do his best to end the debate over Obama's birth, which began in 2008 during the presidential campaign.

'We'll do what we can as quickly as we can to make it inevitable that only those who wish the President ill, only the ones with a political agenda, will be the ones doing this kind of thing,' he said at the time. 'The President is entitled to the respect of his office and he's entitled to have his mother and father respected.'

During that interview, Abercrombie said his goal to combat birthers was a personal one.

Obama in 1980 said he was born in Mombasa, Kenya

The stunning admission was made to a member of the U.S. Marine Corps, in a chance meeting in the vicinity of Kalakaua Blvd., one evening in early August of 1980.

The now, former Marine is a highly respected member of the Free-Republic online-community, and he has published the account of his personal meeting with the then Barry Soetero online at the Gathering of the Eagles Blog. After the divorce of Barry’s mother from his adopted father, Lolo Soetero, he began using the name “Barack Hussein Obama,” by which he is knows the world over, today. At the Free Republic, the ex-Marine goes by the name Race Bannon.

The crucial part of his testimony regards what he writes in his essay, “Another crappy day in paradise, or The things you see when you ain’t got a gun.” Speaking of his encounter with Soetero, Bannon writes:

Quote:

He also told me something that I never forgot, for it caused me to do some other things in an effort to be nice to him and possibly a favor. We spoke of where I had been and the world as I saw it. I told him I had been to Africa , Mombassa specifically, and he said to me abruptly, “I was born there.” I told him he is not eligible to be president if that was true, but I remembered he said his mom was an American, so, maybe it was okay. But it was what I did after that makes this a true memory: I went back to the barracks and told others of this guy and suggested we all grab our photo albums and visit him again and show him pictures of Mombassa so he could see where he was from.

No one wanted to go, and at that time, my camera had failed me weeks before we hit Mombassa and it was late August or early September until I had borrowed someone else’s pictures to develop myself so I had copies of where I was. But I never forgot meeting that man for those reasons. I was going to do him a favor and show him his home country of birth. And I never went back for some reason, most likely I forgot to or just felt that a one time chance encounter would be meaningless to both of us and didn’t mean we were friends.

Bannon then closes his testimonial with the following observation:

Quote:

In the light of what is called “The Birther” movement, these memories are still foremost in my mind concerning this. While I cannot swear it was Barak Obama, all the details I do remember of that chance encounter fit the profile of the man who some people claim is born in Kenya and others claim he was born in Hawaii . The man I met was about 18, thin, Mulatto, told me he was born in Mombassa, raised overseas, was living in Hawaii and hadn’t yet been to many places in the world outside of those places, mostly, hadn’t been to the mainland of America for any long time period if at all. And he openly told me he wanted to be President.

And I remember that face, the face of a young man who sat on a table to my right front, his hands resting on the edge of the table, him leaning forward, his smile, all teeth. It was Barak Obama. I don’t know if I’d bet my life on it, but I am willing to tell people openly at the risk of my ridicule. I was there, and saw him, spoke to him, and he openly told me he was born in Mombassa, Kenya, not Hawaii .

Does it matter? Of course it does. It should not have to be explained as to why it matters.

Race Bannon’s testimony is corroborative of that of two witnesses to the uncut version of the Obama vs. Keyes Senatorial Debates of 2004. The first and second testimonials of which can bre read at The Post & Email. Five African News Agencies also reported that Obama was born in Kenya.

A discussion of Bannon’s testimony can be found at Free Republic, repleate with comments by the Marine himself and other photos of himself, from his time in the U.S. Marines.

Finally, The Post & Email has employed the modern spelling of Mombasa; but Bannon has used the former spelling.

How could he be listed as "white" or anything else if nobody on Earth has ever seen his birth certificate?

You may as well claim it lists him as "Martian", because that would make exactly as much sense.

Hello,

Sometimes I wonder if Pirate himself reads these odd stories, or if he is simply paid to publicize them.

In 1980- 31 years ago- at the age of... nineteen? At the age of nineteen, a forward thinking Obama apparently discussed his Presidential eligibility with a soldier.

That's something.

I wonder why the conspiracy theories never get the same scrutiny from the tinfoil hat crowd as reality does?

Barack Hussein Obama II was born August 4, 1961 at the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya and not in Hawaii as he claims. This may explain why he refuses to allow Hawaii to release of a long-form copy of his birth certificate. A high resolution copy of Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate is available for free download at WasObamaBornInKenya.com

The fascinating story of how Lucas Daniel Smith obtained a certified copy of Obama's birth certificate directly from the birth hospital on February 19, 2009 is included as part of his 'July 4, 2010 Letter to Congress', which is also available for free download at the same website.

Oh, YES!

Question, too, is whether “Steadybee” is a PN sickpuppy or someone else’s...as he/she registered today, then makes all kinds of unsubstantiated claims. Just curious.

Me, I get tired of scrolling past PN’s idiocy. I know some have said he occasionally brings up valid points, but it's never worth wading through the assininity to find out, in my opinion.

Oh, and my remarks about gun and global warming “discussions” (which they’re usually not) goes for the Birthers, too...any thread on those three topics will go on far longer than it deserves, with no results worth paying attention to.

Anthony, I resent that. I am a member of the tinfoil hat crowd, and I attest that I give each conspiracy theory my best scrutiny.

For example:

The ex-Marine gave his "testimony" in an anonymous letter to the anonymous author of this blog:

http://nygoe.wordpress.com/2009/11/17/barack-obama-sighting-hawaii-198
0
/

Then someone using the username "Race Bannon" claimed authorship of that letter on this forum:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2397370/posts?page=1

The story got circulated wildly on the internet by Birthers who believed the whole story without a shred of corroboration, without even knowing "Race Bannon's" real name.

This would be like Sockpuppet telling us he met Palin in the wilds of Alaska, where she made sweet love to him and confessed during pillow talk that she was really born in Canada and could never run for President.

So...not all Tinfoil Hatters are equally gullible, thank you very much.

Not too long ago, she said that if she created a sock puppet that agreed with me on everything, then invented some outlandish bullcrap conspiracy theory, I would rally behind the theory hook, line, and sinker. And she is not the only one who has this image of me. Many people here have accused me of being indiscriminately skeptical of EVERYTHING mainstream, of automatically favoring conspiracy theories, and of being generally without rational thought.

In other words, to people like Kiki (I shall not name names, but there is probably at least a good handful of RWEDers who agree with her), I am the poster child of the non-schizophrenic faction of the Tinfoil Hat crowd.

I'm ok with that. My only defense is not that I don't belong in that crowd, but that I am somewhat more rational than they think.

I said that you were indiscriminately skeptical of everything mainstream, but not devoid of rational thought. And I am the schizophrenic side of conspiracy, though perhaps not as tinfoil hat as John, who I think is also.

I haven't found it to really be a disadvantage in rational thought though. I used to think it was a problem in dating, but now I have a friend who is a much worse schizophrenic than me, and he gets around quite a bit, so I guess it's my own issues. I'm spending too much time on RWED.

Right now I'm sick as a dog though. Argh.

I am also not skeptical of these other mainstream beliefs:

2. Elvis is dead.

Well, shit, I'd pay good money to see that - maybe we could take up a collection ?

Oh, and speaking of skepticism vs mainstream belief, especially given the recent push to dimiss Wakefield - something which kind of amuses me in a dark sorta way given that so many of his detractors are notorious for using even poorer scientific method in their own often financially biased studies, hey pot, meet kettle...

Well, according to my contacts at the Geekfarm, researchers at a North Carolina university are conducting their own study with proper methodology this time and it does in fact appear to confirm most if not all of Wakefields assertions, with the caveat that of course said study is not yet complete.

Myself, I think they're coming at it from the wrong angle, as usual, since the keystone here isn't how unsafe a medicine is, but rather how we CAN make it as safe as possible, and allow folk to make an informed choice, but that doesn't fill the Big Pharma coffers, now does it ?

That's what offends me the worst, there *are* safer ways to do this, single dose, non-preservative units *are* available, and yet customer safety is compromised for profit, which is IMHO, what the medical profession should focus on and decry, it'd seem a common sense proposal.

Only reason I don't think this is a waste of time is that if we do manage to effectively identify beforehand those at risk of harm from medications, we can seek alternate solutions for them, and maybe in the doing, make ALL medicine safer by that much - no one should have to die or suffer injury as "collateral damage" for the alleged safety of others in a medical sense, that's just unacceptable to me.

Of course, the complexity of my argument is often lost to folk who seem to think skepticism of something there is plenty of reason to be dubious about is unwarranted - but having been *right* several times on this when I damn well wished to hell I wasn't...

I think I'll hold on to that skepticism, thanks.

Signy alleges that PN has paranoid schizophrenia. I understand it is a very debilitating and isolating mental illness, but it is also a fact that many tinfoil-hat-wearers do have paranoid schizophrenia. (I also know a good number of people with schizophrenia and am sympathetic to the sensitivity issue.)

My comment was not meant to make fun of PN or persons with schizophrenia. It was merely to assert that I am not schizophrenic.

Well said. Well said.

You know how I feel about Wakefield. Incidentally, his results have had independent support from other studies several times before now.

None of it establishes a cause-and-effect relationship, but these studies certainly highlight a need for better and more studies on this topic. What they don't deserve is the witchhunt and categorical denial.

The governor of Hawaii and the so-called First Lady both agree with you.

Abercrombie Admits Failure To Discover Obama Birth Certificate

January 26, 2011

Veteran reporter Mike Evans has described in a radio interview how Hawaii Governor and close friend Neil Abercrombie was shocked at his failure to discover Obama’s birth certificate after using his power to search hospital records, an outcome that could seriously impact President Obama’s re-election campaign.

Evans’ revelations contradict official claims that Abercrombie abandoned his search for birth records relating to Obama because of privacy laws that bar him from disclosing an individual’s birth documentation without the person’s consent.

The birth certificate issue has rocketed back into the public limelight in recent weeks as a result of World Net Daily and specifically New York Times best selling author Jerome Corsi’s continuing investigation into the controversy, reports that have been afforded ample coverage by the hugely popular Drudge Report website.

On Monday, Corsi reported how, “Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.”

In a radio interview with KQRS-FM, reporter Mike Evans explained how he had been a close friend of Abercrombie’s for decades since he first met him when Abercrombie was a taxi driver in Honolulu. Evans said that the Governor would often talk about how he was a friend of Barack Obama’s Kenyan father and how he remembered Barack Obama as a little kid in Hawaii whom he referred to as “Barry”.

Evans said he spoke to Abercrombie’s office who told him that Abercrombie had used his power as Governor to search records from all the hospitals where babies were being delivered at the time of Obama’s birth and that, “There is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii – absolutely no proof at all that he was born in Hawaii,” said Evans, pointing out that Abercrombie purposefully conducted the investigation to try and quash claims that Obama was not born in the United States.

“Now he admits publicly that there is no birth certificate,” said Evans of Abercrombie.
Evans said that he asked Abercrombie what his first memory was of Barack Obama as a child and that Abercrombie told him he recalled seeing Obama playing in the T-Ball league when he was 5 or 6 years old.

“What about before that,” asked Evans, to which Abercrombie responded, ” I don’t really remember much before that,” a retort described by Evans as “very odd”. Evans said that Abercrombie was shocked when he failed to find the birth certificate, having steadfastly believed that Obama was born and raised in Hawaii.

The fact that the birther issue is again starting to snowball could prove disastrous for Obama’s re-election campaign, especially given the fact that Arizona state Rep. Judy Burges has introduced a well-supported bill that will require presidential candidates to prove their eligibility before being able to occupy the White House. Similar legislation is also being introduced in Montana, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Texas.

Article 2, Section 1 of the US Constitution states, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.”

White House Insider: Obama is Clueless. Totally Clueless

Obama is clueless. Totally clueless. I am not talking a little out of step here. I am talking the man has no idea what is going on around him. This is not coming from me. I am relaying it from some still around him on a regular basis. These people are getting increasingly concerned over just how “out of it”, that is the phrase repeated to me, Obama has become. His primary focus is now getting elected in ‘12. Everything else has been given over to Jarrett and her group. Everything. The president has no interest in policy. None. No interest in working legislation. None. No interest in forging a specific agenda. None. He is being told what he needs to say and that is it. That is the extent of his interest. “Just make it look good.” Exact words right there. President Obama is obsessed 24/7 with just “looking good”. If something goes well, he gets happy and outgoing. If something makes him look badly, he lashes out and pouts. The man is bouncing off both of those extremes even more now than he used to and it appears to be getting worse and worse. The word “manic” is being used more and more regarding his moods these days.

FYI there was a closed door meeting recently under the guise of discussions on Egypt. That meeting did not involve Egypt much if at all. This information is relayed second hand but I believe it to be completely reliable. Source told that meeting was run by Jarrett from start to end. Obama said very little. Asked no questions.

The primary focus was how to protect Obamacare so it was not a “liability” in 2012 campaign. White House already spending significant time/resources preparing legal argument for the Supreme Court case that is coming.

Second focus was apparently “birther” related. Jarrett expressed concern over possible newly passed eligibility requirements in states. If only one or two states clarify eligibility in order to run for office, White House will simply use those states as examples of “anti-Obama racism”. They would likely not win the electorals in those states regardless, but could use the scenario to gain sympathy and support over the challenge from other moderate states.

This is the tactic Jarrett and crew have prepared. She is worried though that if more than one or two states challenge the president’s eligibility, the issue would turn against them. Measures are being taken to make certain that does not happen. What those measures are, I don’t know at this point. Oh, and while discussion over eligibility was underway, Obama sat motionless. He said nothing. That strikes me as pretty damn odd don’t you think? People are discussing whether or not you are actually eligible to run for re-election in 2012 and you don’t say a word on the subject? “He just sat there with a weird little smile and didn’t say anything.” Go ahead and print that quote word for word. Others are now willing to let their observations be more known. Concern for the country is now winning over concern for their own political interests. Finally.

As stated before, Geithner is leaving. That was repeated to me again this past week.

11 States Will Demand Birth Certificates In 2012

Connecticut, SB291 require "that candidates for president and vice-president provide their original birth certificates in order to be placed on the ballot." That is needed to make sure the candidate "is a natural born United States citizen, prior to certifying that the candidate is qualified to appear on the ballot."

Georgia, HB37 not only demands original birth-certificate documentation, it provides a procedure for and declares that citizens have "standing" to challenge the documentation.

Indiana, SB114 to require candidates to provide a certified copy of their birth certificate and include an affirmation they meet the Constitution's requirements for the president.

Maine, LD34 require for all candidates for public office to provide proof of citizenship. It states, "A candidate for nomination by primary election shall show proof of United States citizenship in the form of a certified copy of the candidate's birth certificate and the candidate's driver's license or other government-issued identification to the Secretary of State."

Missouri , HB283, require that certification for candidates "shall include proof of identity and proof of United States citizenship."

Nebraska, LB654, the certification for candidates would "include affidavits and supporting documentation."
That paperwork would need to document they meet the "eligibility requirements of Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States." It requires an affidavit that says: "I was born a citizen of the United States of America and was subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the United States of America, owing allegiance to no other country at the time of my birth."

Montana's plan that candidates would have to document their eligibility and also provide for protection for state taxpayers to prevent them from being billed for "unnecessary expense and litigation" involving the failure of 'federal election officials' to do their duty.

Oklahoma, SB91 would require "proof of citizenship for certain candidates" and take the openness one step further, allowing the public access. It demands an "original" birth certificate issued by a state, the federal government, or documentation of a birth of a U.S. citizen abroad.

Pennsylvania working on a proposal that would demand documentation of constitutional eligibility making sure that presidential candidates meet the Constitution's requirements for age, residency and being a "natural born citizen."

Texas House Bill 295 A bill filed for the Texas Legislature that would require candidates' documentation. It would add to the state election code the provision: "The secretary of state may not certify the name of a candidate for president or vice-president unless the candidate has presented the candidate's original birth certificate indicating that the person is a natural-born United States citizen."

Arizona Bill within ten days after submittal of the names of the candidates, the national political party committee shall submit an affidavit of the presidential candidate in which the presidential candidate states the candidate's citizenship and age and shall append to the affidavit documents that prove that the candidate is a natural born citizen, prove the candidate's age and prove that the candidate meets the residency requirements for President of the United States as prescribed in article II, section 1, Constitution of the United States.

PHOTOS: Is This Obama's Birth Certificate From Mombasa, Kenya?
http://www.rense.com/general92/birthcert.htm

The grandmother of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr. reveals the story of his birth in Mombasa , Kenya , a seaport, after his mother suffered labor pains while swimming at ocean beach in Mombasa.

On August 4, 1961 Obama's mother, father and grandmother were attending a Muslim festival in Mombasa , Kenya .

Mother had been refused entry to airplanes due to her nine month pregnancy. It was a hot August day at the festival so the Obama?s went to the beach to cool off. While swimming in the ocean his mother experienced labor pains so was rushed to the Coast Provincial

General Hospital, Mombasa, Kenya where Obama was born a few hours later at 7:21 pm on August 4, 1961(what a sad day for the USA!). Four days later his mother flew to Hawaii and registered his birth in Honolulu as a certificate of live birth which omitted the place and hospital of birth."

Letter from Kitau in Mombasa , Kenya ......

Quote:

I happen to be Kenyan. I was born 1 month before Obama at Mombasa medical center. I am a teacher here at the MM Shaw Primary School in Kenya . I compared my birth certificate to the one that has been put out by Taitz and mine is exactly the same. I even have the same registrar and format. The type is identical. I am by nature a skeptical person. I teach science here and challenge most things that cannot be proven. So I went to an official registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web. They magnified it and determined it to be authentic. There is even a plaque with Registrar Lavenders name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar office from 1959 until January of 1964. The reason the date on the certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the "copy" of the original was ordered. I stress the word "copy". My copy also has republic of Kenya . So what you say is true about Kenya not being a republic at the time of Obama's birth, however it was a republic when the copy was ordered.

The birth certificate is genuine. I assure you it will be authenticated by a forensic auditor. We are very proud Obama was born here. We have a shrine for him and there are many people who remember his birth here as he had a white mother. They are being interviewed now by one of your media outlets.

Fortunately they even have pictures of his parents with him immediately after his birth at the Mombasa hospital with the hospital in the back ground.

It will be a proud day for us when it is proven that he was born here and a Kenyan became the most powerful man in the world.

I encourage anyone to come here and visit. I will be happy to take you and show you the pictures at the hospital myself as well as

my document and many others that are identical to what Taitz posted. God Bless. Kitau

So, how much more proof do we need?

This registration document, made available on Jan. 24, 2007, by the Fransiskus Assisi

school inJakarta, Indonesia , shows the registration of Barack Obama under the name

Barry Soetoro made by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro.

Name: Barry Soetoro
Religion: Islam
Nationality: Indonesian

How did this little INDONESIAN Muslim child - Barry Soetoro, (A.K.A. Barack Obama) get around the issue of nationality to become President of the United States of America ?

PART 2:

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College ...

The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia while an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California . The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking - that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States - necessary to be President of these United States. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya , here we see that there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship..

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records.

Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.

Snopes is notoriously unreliable on anything with a political slant. Check them on 9.11 truth. Last I checked they said "FALSE: 9.11 happened the way the official story says" which is nonsense, since 7 of those 19 guys are still alive, one died in 2000, etc.

Still, the birther thing is moronic, and yet, Obama is still evil. Or the tool of evil. But I think he actually really believes in this as the path to the greater good, and that's just what they all believe. And if you believe that torture, tracking, detention, experimentation and the slaughter of civilians are on that path, then, well, you're probably evil.

Agreed. Which is why it would be unreasonable to ask PN to do it.

Some of their debunking points were wrong as well, such as Mombasa being part of Zanzibar. At the time, Mombasa was the capital of the British Protectorate, which included Zanzibar as well as Kenya. (Incidentally, if Obama were born in Mombasa, he would be a British subject, not a Kenyan one.)

But, they do appear to present quite compelling evidence of forgery of these certificates.

I had serious doubts because my hub says he was in Kenya in 1979, and even then, to his knowledge, they almost never issued birth certificates or registrations, and when they did, they were handwritten by the doctor and in Kiswahili, not printed and in English.
