In just today's news:

Just to say, there are madmen everywhere these days, not just one kind or another, just insanity everywhere. Perspective.

It's not all so horrible though, case in point, one of CoTLs newest allies, AS2D.

Sure, a tiny thing in the grand scope of things, but all big things are made of little ones.

Also, we managed to wrangle permission for Habitat for Humanity (which we've recently convinced to help out ex-cons with training and work placement) to dismantle several buildings scheduled to be demolished, and salvage them for useable parts.

Yeah, there's a lot of hateful crazy people in the world, and all too damn many of em are in charge - cause IMHO you're not absolved of responsibility just cause your finger wasn't personally on the trigger...
But there's also plenty of decent ones, too.

My issue, and bitterness with it, comes from which ones the people as a whole choose to enable, cause none of their reasons for it make any damn sense.
