It appears all the dolphins made it back to the ocean safely, so we'd definitely like to give a big salute to the beach-goers who stepped in to help save them!

Why do dolphins beach themselves? I've heard lots of explanations, but none seem to make sense to me. Put back in the water, they all swim back out, and it appears those who beached are TRYING to get back out, so it's not like they did it deliberately...?

Anyway, GO Brazilian beachgoers...you rock!

America loves a winner!

So, they haul ass towards the land, all bunched together, and just beach themselves. Weather's fine, they didn't appear to be chasing a school of fish, which is one way they try to corner them... That is a head scratcher.

The seemed rather small... might it have been a group of adolescent dolphins, playing a game, and just got themselves in trouble before they realized it ?

Hard to see from the vid, but it looks like they didn't leave in such a tightly formed group as they arrived.

I'm glad no one was injured. A panicky animal, even a domestic one, can snap at a those trying to help it. I never hear of dolphins biting a person, but it has to happen, from time to time. If only to get their attention?

Oh, and yay humans!

Note to self: I wonder how long Anthony will continue with his childish, moronic persecution of others whom he falsely accuses of things for which they're not guilty.

Apparently, Storybook thinks I'm a " dumb redneck motherfucker" because I don't cater to extreme, far Left wing views and socialist dogma. So be it.
