Pirate News in the dunk tank (ye without sin cast the first stone):

My Informative Speech titled, "Engaging Governmental Employees’ Cooperation in the Legislative and Judicial Environment through Effective Communication", was banned by the Tennessee Regents Online RODP class on "Fundamentals of Speech Communications".

Instructors forbid me from making this speech, apparently because it mentioned "red-light traffic cameras". I was told if I gave this speech I would be given a ZERO grade, without explanation. I had already invested my time on this topic, without time to research a new topic, and I wanted to preserve my academic freedom, so I gave the speech.

The bovine excrement has hit the circulating airflow device.
