As I have said time and time again, because of their lack of social and legal protection, most "brilliant ideas" by the powers that be which step all over peoples rights are first aimed at Youth - surveillence in schools lead to surveillence in society, Zero Tolerance becomes Airport Security, and so on and so forth, and those private for-profit prisons, the Hellcamps were the dark seed from which that ugly fruit spawned, just so you know.

So maybe, just maybe, the next dumbass demonization of Youth policy "brilliant idea" which comes around, perhaps folk oughta take a stand there, if for no other reason than self defense by proxy, hmm ?

What still rooks me is how nobody gives a damn about human rights violations, casualties or how lives are destroyed, even in most of the media it's all about the MONEY - someone didn't get their cut, are we getting our moneys worth, yadda freakin yadda... which is how we've cut some of em off at the knees, sure - but that ain't the damn point.
