OK, I have a problem

OK I had a problem. I switched out my old email account for a new one. When I did I could not sign back into my account. After trying a hundred different ways I was finally able to log back in. Only as T not as THGRRI. I had to reregister because when I tried to register as myself it wouldn't let me. It keep telling me that that account and name was already taken.

My old posts and threads created by me as THGRRI are still here, but I no longer control Them. I may try and fix that and I may not.

Now, there seems to have been a T here before and I seem to have taken over that account. Thankfully it was shot lived with only a handful of posts, twenty or so. Sorry for any confusion but it was unavoidable.

I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.


I think what happened is that the database is posting as "T" (the former ANTHONY?) and "T" (the former THUGR).

That's not supposed to happen with databases! They're not supposed to allow the same ID with different rows of data! Yep, it's broken, and only HAKEN can fix it.

The way this website seems to work is that the primary database KEY is your email. I've tried changing my online name, but it won't allow multiple entries under the same email account. So in the meantime - while your account and ANTHONY's? account are getting untangled - do you have another legitimate email account that you can use to create a third account? If so, try picking a really unique name this time.
