OK was a Deep Blue state to start off, with both Senators from Founding (1907) to 1921 in the Racist Democrat Klansmen Party. The Oklahoman covered the 1920 election, overjoyed that the Racist Democrats made great growth in the cities, and bemoaning the fact that rural counties were not so enlightened, and voted Republican. But OKC and Tulsa were firmly in the grip of Racist Democrat Klansmen, having migrated from the Post-Civil War Deep Racist Democrat KKK South.

Hundreds of folk the color of slaves were killed, multiples more left homeless.
Maybe this convinced the former slaves to always vote for Democraps.
