The idea of blocking higher IQ in some regions is they fear they would see through the pointless system, get bored with the endless going nowhere political grind and 'quit soon' anyway.

There are lot of Good Cops but there are some 'Bad Cops' that make a mess and create bad public problems. Probably lots of outrageous 'GeorgeFloyd' events happen every day...but only during George Floyd were idiot mobs manipulated by the tv to go out and riot and burn down their own cities.
Some is politics for example in the country Australia using its politically Weaponized Police to chase after people with no 'Face-Mask' and bashing and beating and punching people who did not take a vaccine, using them military style across Asia and India and Latin America, Canada and Europe.

Yet there is a genuine violent 'Police Idiot' problem in the USA.
Do some regions seem to have IQ of 'Police' that seem to be getting dumber and dumber, the type that don't think or are trigger happy?
