South Africa charges Israel with genocide and 'War Crimes' Can it win?

There is an element of Irony after all of this because a number of global Israeli Jewish did after all help launch many of the weird movements in South Africa which would later become neo Bolshevism or new Marxism poilitical movements, South Africa is something of a confused mess today with 11 official languages, South African officials had said a BRICS currency was not on the agenda, in the 1950s and 1960s Israel and Jewish poilitical leaders were critics of South Africa wanting a new country instead, South Africa endorsed the establishment of a Jewish state in Palestine. In May 2018, South Africa withdrew its ambassador indefinitely following the 2018 Gaza border protests. In a statement, its Department of International Relations and Cooperation reiterated South Africa's "view that the Israeli Defence Force must withdraw from the Gaza Strip and bring to an end the violent and destructive incursions into Palestinian territories."

Gilad Noam, Israel’s deputy attorney general for international affairs, presented Israel’s final arguments. He argued against the use of provisional measures, listing several reasons, including that Hamas is considered a terrorist organisation by Israel and other countries and had committed “a large-scale terrorist attack”.

We should expect a ruling from the court in favour of, or against, South Africa’s urgent request for provisional measures in a few weeks.
