The Elites of United States, who are far mo Betta smarter than everybody else, have announced that they will leave America, now that their Hitler has been elected.

Many Americans assume the Rights they take for granted are universal, that every nation on earth honors these same Rights.

I don't know for sure these answers, and have not searched. I cannot conjure that google could comprehend the meaning of Freedom of Speech.

Which other nations preserve Freedom of Speech? The U.S. First Amendment specifies about 5 Rights, which are various forms of Freedom of Speech, including redress and petition to the government.

We know Canada and England do not have Freedom of Speech. Since Ireland and Scotland are no longer independent, I assume any Freedoms they had like this are no longer.
Does any nation on Earth have this Right, outside America?
Are they all willing to surrender this Right, as much as they cannot STFU?

The Second Amendment preserves the Right to Bear Arms, including against the government - lest it becomes tyrannical.
Does any other nation cherish such a Right or Freedom?
Are they entirely willing to surrender this Right, even pertaining to their security or protective guards?

What other Rights of the first 10 Amendments are shared by other countries?
Which Rights are they willing to surrender?

Some of the elites consider themselves wealthy enough to buy their freedoms, enough for their new countries to not hassle them. But these are giving up the right of moderate taxation - and the representation to address or control excessive taxation.

What other Rights do they surrender, when choosing which nations for new homes?
