You were told by your legal team both not to promote it being uploaded elsewhere, and not to even bring it up or make any mention of it on your show. Period.

Why is that? Because everybody fucking knows that you would never give equal air time to the other candidates in the race, and you would be in clear violation of FCC laws, just as you've been every single year that you've been on air. And CBS knows that the FCC will now enforce the rules that they weren't enforcing before.
