A VERY SHINY CHRISTMAS!
Monday, December 25, 2006 11:19:27 PM
Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, My whole family was stirring, to be found was no mouse. The presents were nestled all under the tree While my sister flexed her fingers and eyed them with glee I did not expect much, my list had come late Something that I knew my whole family would hate. As the hour struck nine we dug into the pile Joyful for our destraction from life for awhile As I grabbed my first gift, my sis let out a yell With a volume that could silence the noise of a church bell "Do not open that one!" she cried with a shriek, "Open the big one first, give that one a peek!" Not wanting my eardrums to burst with the noise I opened the gift she'd instructed with poise. When what to my wondering eyes did arise But a Serentity role play guide and two tubes of die! Overcome and unsure of what to say I hugged tight to my sister and decided the next day I would figure out this miracle that was given to me And little did I know what else was under the tree At my mother's house the very next day When I opened more presents, joining in to the fray Of wrappings and ribbons being thrown to be shun When suddenly emerged the label "Blue Sun"! A treasure trove poured from the simple decoration And my mind was filled with comfibulation I could not believe the luck and the love That rained down upon me as if from above. A hat, a shirt, a journal, a mug All for me, only in return a hug. I decked myself out, slipping on my jacket of brown Ready to head out to spread peace to the town. And thus my Christmas day did come to an end, So Merry Christmas to all of you my friends!
