My wife Laura and I gave up our apartment in the French Quarter (New Orleans) to live full time in Serenity, our 1988 renovated 5th wheel. Hit me up on Facebook (Daniel Martone) and you can see our complete renovation. While the outside is grey with only the Serenity emblem to clue people in, the inside is made to look like the ship. The kitchen color scheme matches (although Laura still plans on painting flowers around some of it) and the table is a wooden plank set like theirs. We have a Ruby's Room sign (Ruby, our kitty, is our Kaylee). And the bedroom area is like Inara's shuttle. We are riding around the country working on our own space opera series, which should be coming out at the end of April... of course it is seriously inspired by firefly. :) SHINY!
