So recently my boss told me that I am to start work on cutting a feature. A little movie called the Novice. I had heard of if from the movies producer, he and I are old friends. Anyways. I start cutting and come across Frank Langhella, Alan Arkin, Jacob Pitts...great cast. Very talented. Then there's the female lead, Amy Acker. Not really knowing her work [whedon fan, just not into vamps], I imdb'd 'er and saw that she was on angel for 3 seasons.

My brain begans spinning...i wonder if I can get murray to get her to get me inside. Slide my pilot to Mr. Whedon, if for nothing else to at least be shot down by a master.
