Tonight, Trump moves to Florida to avoid being caught cheating on his 2020 New York state income tax. Reelect a crook for President:

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump tweeted
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, the White House, is the place I have come to love and will stay for, hopefully, another 5 years as we MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, but my family and I will be making Palm Beach, Florida, our Permanent Residence. I cherish New York, and the people of New York, and always will, but unfortunately, despite the fact that I pay millions of dollars in city, state and local taxes each year, I have been treated very badly by the political leaders of both the city and state. Few have been treated worse. I hated having to make this decision, but in the end it will be best for all concerned. As President, I will always be there to help New York and the great people of New York. It will always have a special place in my heart!

If that were true, one would think that he was just going to get caught cheating on his Florida income taxes in 2020.

I assume you mean his 2019 income taxes that are paid in 2020?

If that's the case, New York will still have an opportunity to at least look over part of them.

I laugh every time jack kiki and sig correct peoples grammar and spelling. Especially jack who I don't think went past the third grade. And what do they think we'll do if they find we've misspelled a word, cry?

It only shows them to be trolls. Something we've pointed out about them long ago.

"The Grammar and Spellcheck Troll

You know this type of troll. They're the people who always have to tell other users that they have misspelled words and grammar mistakes. Even when they do it by simply commenting with the corrected word behind an asterisk symbol, it's pretty much never a welcomed comment to any discussion. Some of them even use a commenter's spelling and grammar mistakes as an excuse to insult them."

And this is usually done by posters who make the most mistakes.

1) If that were true, one would think that he was just going to get caught cheating on his Florida income taxes in 2020.

2) I assume you mean his 2019 income taxes that are paid in 2020?

3) If that's the case, New York will still have an opportunity to at least look over part of them.

For a business owner, you seem to be pretty clueless about how taxes work. You must have one hell of an accountant.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

1) Florida does not have a personal income tax. I would know; I lived there until I was 13 years old and I was filling out my own tax forms from my job as a paperboy. But the internet also knows there is no income tax:
www.stateofflorida.com/taxes/

2) Trump's final income tax form will be for 2019. His accountant will fill it out in 2020. Any cheating he does in 2020 won't be reported to NY. And did you notice that Trump is not making available to the public his tax returns for the years he is President? All Presidents do it, but not crooked Trump. Here is Obama's first year in the White House: https://s3.amazonaws.com/pdfs.taxnotes.com/2019/B_Obama_2009.pdf
Here is all Presidents': www.taxnotes.com/presidential-tax-returns

3) Trump is not making his returns available because he remembers what happens to tax cheaters like Nixon: "President Nixon's Troublesome Tax Returns"
www.taxhistory.org/thp/readings.nsf/cf7c9c870b600b9585256df80075b9dd/f
8723e3606cd79ec85256ff6006f82c3?OpenDocument

Nixon had to surrender half of his wealth to pay just the taxes he owed during his years as President. Trump has a history of tax cheating that extends back decades. How much of his wealth will he have to give up? Nobody knows: "Why hasn’t New York charged Donald Trump for tax fraud?"
www.cityandstateny.com/articles/policy/criminal-justice/why-hasnt-new-
york-charged-donald-trump-with-tax-fraud.html

Last October, the Trump family’s decades-long tax schemes were revealed, but the state has taken no action.

Trump is moving to Florida to help his lawyers delay New York from collecting taxes by suing him.

Not sure what's worse...

Second just embarrassed Six on Fla income tax facts, and Kookie just straw manned herself into knots . How was I embarassed by Second again?

Trump's been living in New York for a long time. He's lived most of 2019 in New York. If Trump was cheating on his taxes in New York, they can catch him cheating on his taxes in New York.

In fact, they don't really have a deadline on that. They can bust him on his 2019 taxes until 2026, so they can take their sweet ass time about it.

I don't give a shit that Florida has no income taxes (which I already knew because my parents live there). There is two reasons for this:

1. You're talking about FUTURE POSSIBLE CRIME. Let's stick to all the bullshit you think happened in the past for now, shall we?

2. Trump derives hardly any of his income from income taxes. If you want to talk about closing loopholes that the wealthy use to get richer, by all means. Trump doesn't fill out the same 1040 that you do, dumbass.

Do Right, Be Right. :)

Where did you get your false idea? When Trump inherited from his father, the tax rate on his inheritance would have been 55%, except his cheating lowered his rate to 5%. Same thing happened at his mother’s death. This is billions of dollars going from parents to the Trump children.

Is Trump’s tax cheating enough to remove him from office? Trump's sister, a federal appeals judge, resigned because she was caught cheating. Trump was in the same deals as his sister but she had to make her tax returns available. Meanwhile, Trump keeps his returns secret.

The sister’s cheating was obvious, but obviously nobody competent at detecting tax cheating had ever looked at her returns until after her brother was elected President. And nobody in government will ever look at her returns, now that she has resigned.

The American Bar Association Journal has the story on Trump’s sister tax cheating: www.abajournal.com/news/article/trumps-sister-a-federal-appeals-judge-
resigns-amid-ethics-inquiry

The bigger the cheater, the more likely the cheater won’t pay. Not my idea of a well designed tax collecting system, but what can you do about it? How do you get a President to sign a tax law for better enforcement when the President is the cheater? Come to think of it, how to get that law passed when the GOP is filibustering it in the Senate? Right now there are 300 House of Representative bills that will never be voted on in the Senate because Mitch McConnell does not want to go on record as opposing them. The bills will die of old age in the GOP controlled Senate:

Trump wanted stolen Democratic emails possessed by Wikileaks

The notes recount interviews with former Trump deputy campaign chairman Rick Gates in which he detailed the campaign’s efforts to obtain damaging information on 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, including emails that the intelligence community later concluded were stolen by Russian hackers.

[Rick] Gates recalled a time on the campaign aircraft when candidate Trump said, 'get the emails.' [Michael] Flynn said he could use his intelligence sources to obtain the emails," investigators wrote in a summary of Gates' April 2018 interview with Mueller's team.

Flynn was a foreign policy adviser for the campaign and ultimately became Trump's first national security adviser. He later pleaded guilty of lying to the FBI in December 2017 and faces up to five years in prison on the current charge.
"Flynn had the most Russia contacts of anyone on the campaign and was in the best position to ask for the emails if they were out there," the investigators added.

How can you be fooled so many times, THUGGER?

If you answer the question, I'll stop asking it.

In the meantime, it looks like you have to keep dodging the topic about how WRONG you were for so many YEARS.

But go ahead, continue to be an ass, continue to refuse to learn from experience, continue to be a troll. Because trolling ... it's not what you do. It's who you are.

Silly THUGGER -

What I've been doing is pointing out that your posts were demonstrably WRONG.

Let me emphasize that: you posted items, and your personal certainties, that were factually WRONG.

I'm sorry if you think that me pointing out that your posts were demonstrably WRONG is a personal attack.

But too bad.

I'll continue to point out how WRONG you were, because YOU WERE WRONG THEN, AND YOU CONTINUE TO BE WRONG NOW.

Maybe you'll learn something from it, and stop pompously flogging your shit all over the board as if you're so impeccably right. And maybe you'll learn that just because 'everybody' is repeating the same story, it doesn't make it factual. As an example - how MANY articles did YOU link, THUGGER, that were so certain Trump colluded with Russia? And what became of that 'fact'?

And also, let me note your libeling history, THUGGER, as your extensive, years-long practice of doing nothing BUT engaging in personal attacks. Can't forget that!

Facts mean nothing to her as you know G. Jack followed your post with everything uncovered is fake. That's it, just fake he says.

I'd remind them Trumps charity had to pay a fine and shut down. The Clintons charity was given an A rating. Those looking into it determined that 88% of the proceeds went to the needy. 12% obliviously going to pay the bills, i.e. staff.

These examples are a metaphor for everything Trump, the reality of Trump. And the idiosyncratic beliefs of Trumps supporters. This isn't rocket science G. No, it's about mental illness.

Trumps followers do so because of "An idiosyncratic belief or impression that is firmly maintained despite being contradicted by what is generally accepted as reality or rational argument, typically a symptom of mental disorder."

Whether he explicitly told Erdogan that Turkey had a “green light” to attack the Kurds in Syria, it is hard to imagine how his decision to withdraw troops could have been understood any other way by the Turks. His failure was to create a perilous situation without any effort to thwart foreseeable harm.

Good memory, T!

T

You're beyond simple spelling mistakes, T.

Half the stuff you post isn't even readable.

Says Jack whose posts contain no original thought, and never exceed 10 to fifteen words. Very impressive Jackie.

YOUR grammar is so god-awful atrocious ... it's only conversational if you're trying to post as someone who is ignorant, and speaks broken English (at best).

WASHINGTON — John R. Bolton, the former national security adviser, privately told Attorney General William P. Barr last year that he had concerns that President Trump was effectively granting personal favors to the autocratic leaders of Turkey and China, according to an unpublished manuscript by Mr. Bolton.

© Tom Brenner/Reuters According to John R. Bolton, the former national security adviser, Attorney General William P. Barr was concerned about President Trump’s conversations with autocratic leaders in two countries.

Mr. Barr responded by pointing to a pair of Justice Department investigations of companies in those countries and said he was worried that Mr. Trump had created the appearance that he had undue influence over what would typically be independent inquiries, according to the manuscript. Backing up his point, Mr. Barr mentioned conversations Mr. Trump had with the leaders, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of Turkey and President Xi Jinping of China.

Mr. Bolton’s account underscores the fact that the unease about Mr. Trump’s seeming embrace of authoritarian leaders, long expressed by experts and his opponents, also existed among some of the senior cabinet officers entrusted by the president to carry out his foreign policy and national security agendas.

Mr. Bolton recounted his discussion with Mr. Barr in a draft of an unpublished book manuscript that he submitted nearly a month ago to the White House for review. People familiar with the manuscript described its contents on the condition of anonymity.

The book also contains an account of Mr. Trump telling Mr. Bolton in August that he wanted to continue freezing $391 million in security assistance to Ukraine until officials there helped with investigations of political rivals, The New York Times reported on Sunday. The matter is at the heart of the articles of impeachment against the president.

A Justice Department spokeswoman declined to comment on Mr. Barr’s conversations with Mr. Bolton, as did a spokesman for the National Security Council. In a statement on Monday, Mr. Bolton, his publisher and his literary agency said they had not shared the manuscript with The Times.

© Jonathan Ernst/Reuters Mr. Bolton has written a book about his time in the White House that is expected to be released this year.

“There was absolutely no coordination with The New York Times or anyone else regarding the appearance of information about his book, ‘The Room Where It Happened,’ at online booksellers,” Mr. Bolton, Simon & Schuster and Javelin said in a joint statement. “Any assertion to the contrary is unfounded speculation.”

Dean Baquet, the executive editor of The Times, responded that “The Times does not discuss its sources, but I should point out that no one has questioned the accuracy of our report.”

Mr. Bolton wrote in the manuscript that Mr. Barr singled out Mr. Trump’s conversations with Mr. Xi about the Chinese telecommunications firm ZTE, which agreed in 2017 to plead guilty and pay heavy fines for violating American sanctions on doing business with North Korea, Iran and other countries. A year later, Mr. Trump lifted the sanctions over objections from his own advisers and Republican lawmakers.

Mr. Barr also cited remarks Mr. Trump made to Mr. Erdogan in 2018 about the investigation of Halkbank, Turkey’s second-largest state-owned bank. The Justice Department was scrutinizing Halkbank on fraud and money-laundering charges for helping Iran evade sanctions imposed by the Treasury Department.

Mr. Erdogan had been making personal appeals to Mr. Trump to use his authority to halt any additional enforcement against the bank. In 2018, Mr. Erdogan told reporters in Turkey th
