Well... She'll only admit to 3 of those, but from what little I could stomach of the article the rest of that seems to be the case too.

The only reason I clicked on it was because it was titled in the same way the titled the co-founder of Wikipedia resents the site today. As in, he knows that it's essentially a propaganda site and not The People's encyclopedia he envisioned that it would be.

It didn't name her, so I thought maybe they were going to be interviewing some other person who helped co-found it with good intentions and ended up quitting once it went bad.

Regarding the thread title, she has been nominated and confirmed, but I don't think she can be Appointed until Breyer steps down. If he decides to do the honorable thing, and preserve the honor of The Supreme Court by not retiring, then all of this means nothing - as if it never happened.
If he wants until Jan 7 to retire, then the new Senate would need to Confirm somebody, whether KBJ or somebody qualified.

There was a recent poll out there where the results they had said that on average Americans believed that blacks made up 41% of the population, Hispanics made up 36% of the population, 20% of people are gay and 30% of Americans live in New York.

How can you ever expect to have a decent government when we have to share oxygen with these people, let alone voting rights?

2 out of 3 of the proposals are DOA since they would require an amendment to the Constitution which would require approval from 3/4 of the states.
