I thought I was so clever when I told Jewel about this photo thread. I was Wrong...
Got a call from her. It was yesterday, Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Jewel was on the internet, searching for sales. She visited fireflyfans.net because of my big mouth.

"Two. What are you doing to me, smart-ass?" Jewel was not happy. She was sitting at the computer, looking at the nude photo of herself. I said that it's an obvious fake. She said it was not. Well, the background is fake, but she really did pose. She was offended that I trimmed off her shapely legs. She is quite proud of them. I told her the legs had to go because too much butt crack was showing for a child-safe environment.

Then she gets to the Creation Salute to Serenity pictures. "They make me look... chunky."

I explained that my intentions were honorable. That made no difference to her.

"I don't know you," Jewel said. She can be ice-cold. It is scary.

I said, "I'm confused." I didn't think any of the pictures of Jewel were that bad.

"I don't want to know you anymore." Jewel is making herself very clear. I'm getting chills.

Time for me to beg for mercy in a whiny voice. "What can I do to undo what I've done?" I'm good at grovelling. I have had much practice.

Jewel closes the trap on me. She is syrupy sweet. "Come to the old house and pack my ceramics. I know you're careful. You won't break my stuff."

Jewel has bought a new house. She has to move a thousand little porcelain doggies, bunnies, kitties, ponies, polar bears, unicorns, and Pegasuses. She loves unicorns and Pegasuses. (Fans: give her a ceramic Pegasus - same as her tattoo. Please, no more fresh strawberries, which drive her crazy.)

Row after row of these shiny porcelain critters sit on shelf after glass shelf in display cases with mirror backs and spotlights everywhere. You go blind when the lights are on. I'll need a quarter ton of wrapping paper for packing.

"I will be there to pack, Jewel. Happy now?"

"Very."

I feel safe, but forgiveness doesn't come so cheaply. I have stepped into Jewel's diabolical two part trap. She must have got the idea from a "Saw" movie. Jewel says, "Oh, I saw you at lunch with *****. You're two-timing *******, you sly dog."

I feel dread in my gut. Jewel tells me when and where she saw me and *****. I'm as good as dead. She reminds me that, as an ugly guy, I'm lucky to have one woman. To have two is greedy. I see myself as an alpha male. Jewel does not. She certainly knows how to deflate my self-image.

Jewel continues so bright and cheerful. And evil. "You know, with a phone call I could destroy your sex life. Not that I ever would."

I am beaten. My manhood shrinks in full retreat. Women form a loose sisterhood that enforces monogamy, but some of the sisters will take a bribe. "What more do I do to buy your silence?" My voice is getting trembling and squeaky -- I'm a eunuch.

Very cheery, she says, "Come to the new house and unpack what you pack... And bring two bottles of wine to celebrate afterward!"

If anything breaks during the move, I am in a world of trouble with Jewel. I better get bushel baskets of styrofoam peanuts.

This is the episode where KingEICHOLZ, as a guest star, and Jewel are both in a camp for troubled teens. KingEICHOLZ has just unzipped and exposed himself to Jewel. The picture is of Jewel's reaction -- she is trying to smother a giggle, then bursts into a big laugh. Every time she sees KingEICHOLZ, throughout the episode, she starts giggling. It is very sad at the end when the real police really arrest KingEICHOLZ for exposing himself. That was the end of his career in TV.

Apparently KingEICHOLZ did not understand that he was not suppose to actually expose himself to Jewel -- he was suppose to be playacting. He was unable to take direction. He should not blame Jewel and be bitter toward her. It was in the script.

I agree, Two; keep Dingholz busy, tho' he doesn't bother me as much as PN, he's obviously just as whacko and pathetic, and best he be kept busy here.

I'm sorry Coel disapperaed, I'd love to have heard from him more and I hope he saw all the other pix before he left. If Jewel's lovely smile brings him even a bit of joy out there in the field, that's a good thing.

Which reminds me -- River Tam seems ordinary in fan-fiction. Her world is limited to being Mal's wife, or piloting, or shooting bad guys. I think the fans could add some of Summer Glau's force to River Tam. River seems like she'll never rise higher than Captain's wife or Jayne's lover. The real Summer Glau has already surpassed, years ago, that commonplace achievement.

If it were pure TV: As a stunt, Alan Tudyk plays two, me. He has done comedy in the nude before with "Death at a Funeral." He's perfect for the role and he actually knows Summer, so the possibility of playing poker at her house is reasonable.
