Day 3
Saturday, May 21, 2005

I think I have found a cook. She says her name is Serenity, but given all circumstance you can see why I might feel weird calling her that. I sent her a messege telling her she was welcome aboard. I still need a pilot and engineer. I can get by without all the others, but I hope some one will contact me if they want aboard. This is a good ship. I've been looking around on how to fix up a few little faults all around. But when I got him he was practically new. I hope I'll be able to get a full crew within the week, 'cause I can't really take off without'em. I've gotten a few books for the long voyages, and I just realized just how boring it could get without a large crew. Gratitude is a big ship, and I think he's begging to be filled up with all sorts of people and cargo. See ya

Hokay, Hokay. Looks like I've got all the unnecisarry things. But that's good, unnecissary stuff includes cake and chocolate. If I'm gonna put you on my ship though, I need to be absolutely sure what you want your name to be. Just a quick little post telling me.
-Thanks, Symon

Well, Capt'n Symon, they called me Serena in spanish class, so you can nickname me if you want to.

And I know I don't really get a say, being only a lowly cook, but I think it'd be great having Zoot and her "spawn". I'm sure she's a very cute spawn.

And every crew needs comic relief, esp. comic relief that can shoot a gun.

I have some medical training, if you could use a medic... I have got a bit a baggage tho... And this bit of baggage is currently sittin' on my lap tryin' to help me type. She may be only a year old but she can handle life on board ship and she stays out of trouble. Think you can handle a workin' woman and her spawn? If so I'll do a good job and keep my mouth shut (mostly)....

Comic relief, you gotta have some comic relief, or at least a fighter of sorts. Plus, loyality here. An excellent quality of course. Does that get me ride?

It's not my fault that Joss liked my name so much he named a valley, ship, movie, etc. after me.

We're going to be a pretty sorry crew if it's just the two of us.

But at least we'll eat well.
