For real. They keep hosing me with wrong or damaged dvds. Is this happening to anyone else? Oh, and good luck trying to contact or cancel.(so far, zilcho responso) Seriously, I am a very chill person but this is getting to be really annoying! And, it was BSG for crissake! C'mon, people, that's enough to piss anyone off. Hopefully you guys aren't getting screwed too, but if you are, feel free to let me know! Thanks for the rant.. Kitch

I have had them for over a year and with zero problems as well. Too bad you have had sucha problem, it is a really great service.

I've had netflix for almost 4 years now and have NEVER had a problem. Never got the wrong dvd and never got a damaged one. Got a quick email response when a disc got lost in the mail. Shipping is quick as well.

Hope you start having better luck with it! If not there's always Blockbuster's online program now.

I never had problems with the wrong dvds, but every time it came close to when I had to pay them, the dvd was late
