So the man you know as "Static" joined me at the Van Halen kick-off concert in Greensboro last night. It was easily the best show I have ever seen. To hear genuine gratitude for your fans is something so rare these days. Sammy Hagar would kneel down and sign as many things as he could while Eddie ripped our ears a new one with amzing guitar solos. You can tell they love what they do and that they love their fans. Just an awesome experience.

Also, if you ever end up in the Greensboro area, and manage to find it, check out a bar called Plum Krazies. Live bands on weekends, blues, oldies, classic rock, rockabilly. Just good stuff.
