I got the house
1/2 the navy retirement
the annuity in case some one kills him
life insurance with the boys as beneficiary til they are 25
651 a month child support and half the college fees.

The son of a bitch gets to keep the truck. So now I have to figure out how to come up with 25000 to pay my mom for it.

But all in all I say its a result.

His bitch was adamant that I not get the annuity.

Ha Ha Ha

OK must go cry now!

Whoo-hoo! Party for FMF and burning of evil ex doll in effigy!

There's a marching band coming through now, and floats of people throwing beads and funny hats and bottles of champagn...

Woo! You go, FMF!

Of course, should, say, a very large bag of sugar find it's way into the fuel tank of said truck...

BTW, what's all this 'in case' someone kills him? Sounds like it's only a matter of time...

Congratulations on the judge sticking it to the and the . I'm sorry to hear that he got the truck though (now if there was only a way to sell it out from under him)...

*Hugs FMF*
Now feel free to go ahead and have a good cry to get rid of all the icky stress.

Take care.

You go girl. The truck is very weird though, especially since you owe your Mom for it. Men make strange demands when they divorce.

My ex wanted the engagement ring back even though we had been married for 13 years. Needless to say he didn't get it.

Also, got half the Army retirement and then he up and quit 10 months before retirement. I still get $250/month though until I remarry-not in any hurry (unless of course it's Nathan and then who could say no LOL) and it's been almost 8 and a half years now.

Have a party and celebrate!

Nice that you get some continued income if he were to meet with, say, a truck related accident.

Hope the days keep getting better for you.

FMF,
I'm glad that it is finally over, and that you got most of what you deserve!
Weird about the truck, but I suppose the judge felt he had to get something.
Congratulations on your escape from purgatory. :-)

Score! Most excellent!

Congrats on finally getting done with this, and coming out of it pretty well. I'm pretty puzzled about the truck though, but that's the courts for ya.

Enjoy the happy dance!
