WISH ME LUCK Thursday, September 10, 2009 4:16:32 AM So, a few days ago I submitted my entry for the Zoetrope Virtual Studio contest (http://www.zoetrope.com/contests/). Contest says "any genre, any budget," so I went with a big-budget space-opera. Not really inspired by Firefly (more like a cross between Star Wars, Halo, and Predator). Plus, it's an ensemble piece, and who does ensembles anymore? I'm hoping the novelty will be worth something. Here's hoping.

Contest says "any genre, any budget," so I went with a big-budget space-opera. Not really inspired by Firefly (more like a cross between Star Wars, Halo, and Predator). Plus, it's an ensemble piece, and who does ensembles anymore? I'm hoping the novelty will be worth something.
