I know all about working with assholes and degenerates, so my sympathies.

The whole redshirts thing is a bit ironic. Because in the classic STAR TREK, being a readshirt is an automatic death sentence. And yet, in the subsequent series, the captains and the higher ranking officers were the ones who wore the red uniforms.

Hey Cos, I hate to say this, but with my experience in retail, that manager is par for the course. I don't know why a lot of retail store (cough Canadian Tire cough) feel the need for their managers to be total A-holes.

I had my fair share of headbutting with them.

I'm glad you kept a good attitude even through the adversary.
