Hi there,

Today I had to go to the Palace Green Library in Durham to do notes for my dissertation so I went out for the 10am bus. Except it didn't turn up. So I had to wait for the next one so I waste an hour that I could otherwise have been making notes.

The same thing happened last Friday. My Russian Revolution seminar started at 2pm so I went out at 12 and the bus to Durham didn't turn up then either. I had to get a bus to sunderland and then get the Metro to Newcastle making me 15 minutes late.

I swear down if I could get away with boycotting the service I would but I depend on it far too much.

I'm not taking any chances tomorrow so I'm going straight to Sunderland.

Definitely know that feeling, hobbleit. My local transit commission is rather craptacular about running buses at suitable intervals and after 4 in the afternoon:(

Still...msg's advice about narking to the bus line could be helpful, if only cuz it gives you both an outlet for your ire and it allows you to say you've been proactive and made a complaint that got ignored, so you can bad mouth them all you want;D
