FMF, I'm so sorry for you ((((hugs)))

I've seen it often in my line of work (I help the "Special Assets Coordinator" at the bank where I work), ex hubby gives ex wife the house in the divorce, then he stops support payments and she can't afford to make mortgage payments. The bank can't do anything to the ex husband because the ex husband has gotten his name off the mortgage. UGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
