BLUE SUN ROOM FAN FICTION - GENERAL
Short lil thing my lame work muse spewed forth. Guess who. I think I narrowed it down nicely to two.
CATEGORY: FICTION TIMES READ: 1891 RATING: 8 SERIES: FIREFLY
Why's it that those who most definitely don’t deserve it, die first? The rest of us linger on. I've seen it time and again. So many died in the war. So many pointless deaths. And now Wash and Book and Mr. Universe. Turns out Mr. Universe actually ratted us, but ended up helping us too. Book was an older man with a cryptic past, but he was still so full of life. And Wash, he was life. He was the life of the ship. We were standing right there when it happened. It coulda been me. It shoulda been me. Fact was, though we all very nearly died there on that lonely planet full of Reavers and Alliance, his was the greatest loss. He was always so innocent. So jovial all of the time. He knew how to do everything well. There is no way to continue without him.
