I'm not sure about that... Malcolm Reynolds is most definitely a Scottish name, and Scotland is part of Britain. But I think we all know that only bad guys (and Jayne) wear hats.

Anyway, the pic looks good. Far better than my photoshopping/photo-editing attempts.

Londinium is the name of the Anglic (i.e British-North American) central Core planet, Kelai. It's sort of the cultural counterpoint to Sihnon's Sinic (i.e Asian) culture;)

And I actually looked "Reynolds" up on this site that explores the origins of family names. Just for shits and giggles. Turns out the name "Reynolds" is either English or Irish in its etnic origins. Though Malcolm is rather Scottish;)

And wouldn't it be hilarious if that's something Joss would have pulled? Having Mal be an heir to that kind of power?

BlueEyedBrigadier is right about the 'verse use of Londinium, though I suspect Joss was borrowing it from it's use in this world as the original name the Romans used for the city we know as London.
