By the time of the sequel, Nathan'll be too big for his Cap'n Tightpants britches. After season 7 of Castle, Joss will be telling him, “You want back your old role, Nathan? . . . Liposuction.”

It could be the neck is too long, that can make a head look to big OR too small because size reference to body is less immediate.
