Recreations of the stickers on Ack's Firefly shipping case. It appears to me that these could make a T-Shirt pretty incomprehensible. (anybody that wants to be more incomprehensible, I can email a higher quality PDF. Latest Adobe Acrobat or equavalent needed)

I'm hoping that that would be the Anti Gravity sign and not the Passengers Prohibited one!

That anti-grav one is definitely t-shirt worthy.

Shiny! Good proportions.

Storage:
It should be "ZHUCANG!" (not "ZHUCANGI") and an "!" after "STORAGE ONLY."

If you're interested, the original Chinese chacters for the top are:

贮藏! [ZHUCANG!]
不许 乘客! [BUXU CHENGKE!]
-----
Anti-Gravity:
The original stuff at the bottom is random Japanese katakana, not Chinese characters:

リラソノホシラテミ テクイミ ニミ
チミカニホキスチヒニカン

[meaningless: ri-ra-so-no-ho-shi-ra-te-mi te-ku-i-mi ni-mi
chi-mi-ka-ni-ho-ki-su-chi-hi-ni-ka-n]

Here are the pilot license katakana:

ACKERDACKERLY

Very good stuff!

And I noticed you are one step ahead of the Thought Police with each label. For those curious as to what I mean, refer to the original pics at:

To quote Chevy Chase in that comedy where he plays an air traffic controller, "I Liiiiiike it!"

Thanks for the input, Ying. It is much appreciated. Interesting how these "Pre-Show" graphics seem to have as much Japanese as Chinese. I suspect either the original graphic artist didn't have much official input, or (choke!) didn't know the difference.

For those interested. lurkinghorror sent me the pdf's and I'm working on a few shirts.

WASHISIMS is also in the works.

Thanks Ying, for the input. My originals have been corrected for the NO PASSENGERS sticker. (the katakana on the others were already switched to Chinese gibberish!)

Bu keqi (you're welcome).

I don't know, but Geoffrey Mandel's graphics for the film that we found last July also had katakana gibberish on them. I hope that they're placeholders or that the final product will be too small to read in the film anyway.

BlueSun Coffee label
YOU TOO can have a "Crybaby!"

Because I really don't have a life. (when printed out, it should fit your standard metal coffee can)

Kaylee's Strawberry Wine
Mmmmm! Pass the jug PLEASE!

Kaylee's Wine label
Hope this isn't too large (or too small)! Download, print on label paper, slap it on a bottle of wine! I would have made a Strawberry Wine label but I couldn't find the Kaylee strawberry picture.

Hey Kids! Collect them all! (corrected)
(Corrected version with Heroes spelled correctly!)
I would have liked to correct it in place, but it doesn't seem to be possible to do that. Oh well.

It's amazing the ephemara that can drop in from the future. This Point Of Sale card seems to be from about 2605ad or thereabouts. I'm trying to collect the entire "Firefly/Serenity" subset, and will post them if I am successful.

Offworld Opportunity!
Through the "AquaStar" Employment Agency. Also openings for Fry Cook Opportunities...

Paradiso Sheriff's Department
I found this logo on a jacket at the Whitefall Flea Market. No, REALLY!

Reconstructed Pilots License
Reconstructed from a photograph (Thanks Ack!) of the Intergalactic Pilots License that was part of the press kit from way back for the premier of the TV show. And, NO, I have no idea what the Chinese says. Please don't tell me it's something embarassing!

Something pretty for the Yo-Saf-Bridge fans to look at
After that uglyness yesterday, how about this? I found her picture on IMDB, and decided to have some more fun.

Number 1 Item NOT found on Serenity
So there I was on the edge of space, staring into the void, and I wondered "What would be the most likely item that one would probably never, EVER find on Serenity?" A book maybe?
