I remember seeing that on some guy's shirt at Comic-Con '04. I felt really, really embarassed for Jewel Staite.

Perhaps, but I can confirm that it's a fake. Lux Lucre (who died two years ago) made this image by adding the text and Blue Sun graphic to a celebrity fake-nude image of Jewel Staite that he got from one of his celebrity fake-nude acquaintances. In addition to creating the first Firefly Southpark characters and many filk songs, he ran a Usenet group for such fakes.
