I think it would have been batter if you had made Kaylee's pisture a little more subtle, maybe bledning it in a bit.

aww, Kaylee... :) Actually, I think her pic serves as a nice color contrast to all the deep blues in the background pic. Maybe something of a border to go around it would help a bit...

If you can't afford a decent paint program, I highly recommend GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/) It's freeware, for one, and not any harder to get used to than Photoshop. There's quite a large user-base for it, though. I've been using it for quite some time, and while it's not the most reliable program, it still has some neat tricks. :)

My attempt at making a crew based desktop


the best of Science Fiction
HEy I decided to make a desktop image involving Firefly, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Stark Trek the Next Generation and Seaquest DSV. I know it only has one corner thats dedicated to firefly but I thought i would post it anyway, jsut to share and see what you guys think.


Cap'n and Mechanic
This is my attempt to make a desktop of my two favorite charecters. I know it is hard to read the quote on the bottom, it is the quote Mal says about love is what makes the ship home and keeps her in the air. Sorry about it not being very readable i couldn't figure out how to and was using an inferior program. Hope you enjoy!
