HONORBOUND

(Forgive my ignorance if this has already been discussed.)

Also, there are possible spoilers in this thread, for anyone who doesn't like to watch the commercials for upcoming episodes.

OK, so last year we ended with Connor killing Jasmine, Cordy in a coma, and Angel making the deal with Wolfrahm and Hart to give Cordy the best medical care and to put Connor with that family and give him a normal childhood, family, life, etc. He doesn't remember Angel and the Gang doesn't remember him. So my questions are these...

1. Does the Gang remember Jasmine?

2. How is Cordy's coma explained in the minds of those who don't remember the truth?

And 3. How does Wesley explain what is probably a horrid scar across his throat?

Most important is the answer to question #2. Since she will be in tonight's episode, how will it all work out? And will she remember Connor and the events of last year?

I think the Conner questions will be addressed later this season.

I'm curious if Conner still has his demon stregth. Does he still have the DNA of his vampire parents or was that altered along with his memory?

Looking forward to Cordy's return. TV Guide, E online and USA Today are all raving about it already. Should be good.

Easy answers abound to Honorbound's questions. :)

1. Does the Gang remember Jasmine?

No. The memories of everything Ick-face errr ... Connor was involved with are gone.

2. How is Cordy's coma explained in the minds of those who don't remember the truth?

Perhaps the memory of her being hit by a car or coming down with Bird-flu have been planted in their brains.

And 3. How does Wesley explain what is probably a horrid scar across his throat?

The scar is erased. Wolfram and Hart would find erasing a nasty scar easier than using whiteout to change a soul-selling-contract.

4. Will she remember Connor and the events of last year?

No. Mercifully, anything involved with that misguided Ick-face have been erased from existance. In fact, I'm writing W&H today requesting they erase my memory of it too.

:) Thanks for allowing me to indulge my Goram self.

I take it somebody did not like the Connor storyline?

I found the idea of the vampire baby to be compelling. I enjoyed the performances whilst Darla was pregnant.
Wesley and the gang working hard to support Angel when Connor was a baby was heartwarming. Wesley stealing the baby and getting his throat cut, then getting half-strangled for his efforts made me cry.

The irritating poseur they brought on to play the teenage Connor drove me bonkers. The fact that our boy came back 16 but was suddenly 18 so that he and Cordie could bump uglies was morbid.

It went downhill from there. I just cannot get my head around a boy who was allegedly taught to believe in right and wrong, good and evil would throw away the training to which he clung so tight (the whole "I hate you evil Daddy" storyline supports him buying into it) would throw away all that he believes because of Jasmine who he saw the real face of the whole time?

Nah. Hated it. It sucked.

Obviously, I was only 1/2 right. Cordy remembering everything was important to reminding Angel that he is doing good.

You notice that Wesley has no scar. That Wolfram & Hart plastic surgery team ROCKS!

Can they make me think I was watching Season 2 of Firefly?

See, I sided with Angel on this issue. True, Wesley thought the baby was in danger. But rather than tell anyone about this, or having any kind of faith on Angel, he stole the man's child, then (incredibly stupidly!!) fell for it when whats-her-face came up to him, all beaten up; and allowed Conner to be taken. When I saw Angel strangling him on the bed, I was quite happy.

Haven't seen season 4 yet, so can't speak as to that.
