Okay, i know that some of us don't get along, and i'm trying to mend that. But i think there is one thing we can ALL, agree on. PIRATENEWS IS ANOYING!! Right?

Yes, he is annoying.

I'm not a big fan of restricting anyone's posting privileges, though. It's been brought up many, many, MANY times in the Real World Events Discussions area, and I continue to come down on the side of free speech, even in places (websites, for instance) where it's not strictly protected by the Constitution. More free speech is a good thing, not a bad thing.

Yes, he posts a ton of stuff, and 99.999999% of it is pure garbage. As I've always maintained, though, garbage has the right to be garbage.

Yes, Simon, I'm sure he has driven people away. But I've found there are those like him on many websites; on another Firefly website I was on, it was even worse. So most likely people won't find anything better. I can only hope most aren't scared off. Mostly it sickens me.

How about letting this, yet another thread about PN, disappear to the bottom? The more we talk about him, you know...
