NASA resort to Space Science (or any other Real Science) instead of drumming up fake reports of climate science?
That's just crazy talk.

Goodbye, kind world (George Monbiot) - In common with all those generations which have contemplated catastrophe, we appear to be incapable of understanding what confronts us.

Space travel is a fantasy. They've figured out that humans really don't do well physically the more time they spend in space ... and then, the cosmic rays will get you.

None of these physical problems are remotely fixable at present, even though god knows, they've tried to ameliorate the bone thinning, muscle weakness and cardiovascular deconditioning by strapping people tightly against treadmills with bands to exercise (though that does nothing for the dizziness, brain swelling, and other problems). And they've blown off even trying to shield space travelers from cosmic rays as scientifically impossible. Also, they have no ingenious ideas for future trials.

Well, lookee there...something we both agree on.

We might make it to Mars once, but we ain't getting out of this solar system unless we get handed the tech by aliens or something.

We need to focus on fixing the PEOPLE on this planet more than ANYTHING.

JAYNEZTOWN

The climate has changed and some of this change has been man-made

...in regard to culture, history, religion
I have come to the conslusion that islam, is a horrible religious political cult system founded by an insane war mongering pedophile slaver named mohammed...and that the 'islamic golden age' is highly over-rated

Climate Science is Real, to say it is Fake is both ignorant and stupid....however that is not to say there are poltical aghendas running, some deny mankind can pollute the enviornment, while others over-exaggerate the problem creating a hyped up doomsday tomorrow type scenario

So how did the Western world, United States of America, Europe, the USA, the Western European culture get so far ahead when all these ancient cultures knew so much. The basica European is said to have come from an ancient upright man...who was once monkey...an upright man with tools and language from Africa? maybe North Africa into the Middle East, into India, the Cacuss maountains of Asia, South Russia, into mainland Europe. They are Iceage peoples born of hardships during the last Great Climate Change? Born during the last Ice Ages as the Missoula Floods and giant Glacial Seas burst ripping open holes in the lands, a time Geologists refer to the Great Anicent Ages of Ice and Snow and Anicent Cataclysmic floods.

So in ancient times cilivsation knew many things, Europe was still barbarian, running around with spears, bones, tibal, hunting....yet in the Far East Asia, in parts of India, Assyrian land, Mesopotamia,
Babylon, Egyptian land, China people were using science, building temples, using math, creating devices...and in Europe existed a tribal peoples, ice cold, light skin, fair skinned, golden yellow haired, brown hair, fair wooden color hair, red firey hair, blue eyed, orange cooper eyes, silver grey eyes, green eyes....different primitie tribes. European DNA may be something kind of 'Unique' a population genetics with autosomal, Y-chromosomal, traits of mitochondrial DNA, ancient-human DNA details dawn of Neanderthals who would later mix and breed with other Europeans finally dying out as an old caveman Spain but continuing in the blood of Europeans, closely related to a group called Denisovans — known from remains found thousands of kilometres away in East Asian or Siberia....these Europeans were still a type of barabarian caveman primitive.

Slowly Europe embraces 'Civilisation' the wandering Tribes of women and men grow to sdomething else, Barbarians, Hunters ...they modernize, Greeks come, Germanic Tribes, the Celts, Etruscans, the Romans and the City of Rome, Merovingian Franks....cultures conquer Europe, first the old Gods of tribalism and first Big Civilisation the Greeks, Zeus, Hera, Posiedon, Hermes. Next Rome with New Gods same as the Old but with new names Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Neptune...but at the same time man pagan, tribal cultures existed, the no mans land of Slavic areas, the Viking culture. What Greek and Roman culture did bring was a period of science, philospohy and enlightenment. Rome eventually goes Christian, Europe reconquer for Christendom. Next Rome falls, the Eastern Roman Empire Byzantine falls, a new religion foudned by a war monger pedophile psychopath named Mohammed comes from the Middle East, a religiion of jihad called 'Islam' Spain gets attacked by muslims and in East Europe a different type of islamist jihad invades, cutting and beheading its way through the Balkans and Eastern Europe.

Looking at Europe they were so far behind, but next comes a re-birth of science and philosphy the Renaisance, Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti, Reformation, the Ages of Exploration and the Industrial Revolution....No Doubt North America was already known, Native Tribes existed and a series of civilisations in Meso America, Maya, Aztec, Inca, Cahokia a possible ancient North American city, it was also possible tribes of eskimo siberians inuits were making the crossing from Asia to America or Europe to America, also evidence to show Scandanavian or Viking Culture or China or ancient Chinese culture arrived earlier on US shores. However the new competing Europe brings an age of enlightenmenty, competiotion, exploration, conquest and imperialism, Ferdinand Magellan, Vasco da Gama, Captain Cook, Lewis and Clark, Christopher Columbus worked out pretty shit for the Native American but it establishes the White Anglo Saxon British Culture and the Spanish Latin Europe cultures as the dominant force the past 2-3 Century.

The fact the West, the USA or Europe caught up so quick just goes to show how far and how quick they came.

America the the Western world was born during this age of thinking, hardship, colonisation, science conquest and exploration...that is what NASA is origainally made as, EXPLORERES in competition with the Soveits during the science Race of the ColdWar era

The Middle East once had great Civilisations but Islam sets it backward thousands of years, islam itself is an Intellectual Corpse, known for Islamic Anti Science - many of islam's inventions are flasely claimed as so, instead they were looted and hijacked by stealers, killers and dumb islamist bandits, they invetions and science were infact Babylonian, Egyptian, Persian, maybe the Moongod worshiper stole from Hindu Vedic culture? we do know Islam STOLE or HIJACKED almost all its science and inventions from other cultures, a notable figure in Islamic Anti Science - al Hammad Abu Ghazali and his Math is the Work of the Devil marks a rapdid decline in the Middle East science as pointed out so famously by Neil deGrasse Tyson? Islamic interpretations forcing its way into social system, life, law, more of a cult not just a religion, the islamic 'culture' rises and science and debate slowly dies, the religion of a war monger pedoophile prophet only goes so far, next the Mongol Sack of Baghdad, the Collapse of the Fatimid Caliphate, and the Spanish Reconquista, what happens when a Moongod al Lah culture takes over, people see the Quran or Koran as the perfect book and think a war monger pedophile prpphet to be the perfect man, islam has sent the region backward thousands of years

As for Western nations, the USA, Japan, European nations, Israel, S.Korea and Russia if you accept Russia as 'Western'? They are all leaders in the scientific, now lead the world in math, biology, science. NASA has used this science and sateliites to study the effect on our enviornment, the atmospehere, the climate, pollution, taking measurement, looking from space into the details of our planet. Measurments can be taken watching Earth, examining climate change, looking outward at our Sun, look at different spectra of the Planet, the Magnetospehere, taking data on the Atmospehere, noting Pollution, watching Climate Change and mapping decades of global warming. Global average temperature goes from heat record to heat record, yet the sun is at its dimmest for half a century.

No doubt if trends continue it may eventually lead to impacts on civlisations, more floods, more droughts, more storms, more forest fires, there are still peoples and culture who live near the coasts at low sea levels

What changes will happen to these peoples

NASA must continue with its age of exploration, costs of economic and political corruptions, the huge spending on War and the costly loss of Shuttle has allowed otehrs like the Indians and Chinese catch up, also competition from Europe, Russia, Japan...and Space is Big Business... so NASA must keep its edge in exploration and science

but it also must continue using that very same science back home on Earth and to minitor the enviornment

Barack Obama: Nasa must try to make Muslims 'feel good'

The head of the Nasa has said Barack Obama told him to make "reaching out to the Muslim world" one of the space agency's top priorities.

By Toby Harnden in Washington 8:00PM BST 06 Jul 2010

Charles Bolden, a retired United States Marines Corps major-general and former astronaut, said in an interview with al-Jazeera that Nasa was not only a space exploration agency but also an "Earth improvement agency".

Mr Bolden said: "When I became the Nasa administrator, he [Mr Obama] charged me with three things.

"One, he wanted me to help reinspire children to want to get into science and math; he wanted me to expand our international relationships; and third, and perhaps foremost, he wanted me to find a way to reach out to the Muslim world and engage much more with dominantly Muslim nations to help them feel good about their historic contribution to science, math, and engineering."

He added: "It is a matter of trying to reach out and get the best of all worlds, if you will, and there is much to be gained by drawing in the contributions that are possible from the Muslim [nations]."

Byron York, a conservative columnist for the Washington Examiner, characterised Mr Obama's space policy shift as moving "from moon landings to promoting self-esteem"

Shall I point out that this is an unprovoked, off-topic, personal attack?

And that you having your IDEAS questioned as being small-minded and provincial (as they very evidently are by you all talking about three days of heat in very limited areas) is not the same as a personal attack?

Or do you think that, as a woman, it's my job to just agree with you men to avoid being 'bitchy'?

Trump is not the problem. He set himself against the Deep State's agenda. And the Deep State's been heading for WWIII for years.
As for you, you're just a Deep State useful idiot, furthering its agenda. So I hope you enjoy cesium in your coffee. You've earned it.

My ideas?

For me, summer ends when it's not hot in my house anymore. 3 record breaking days in a row now and I'm looking at a thermostat on September 23rd that reads 87 degrees.

First off, I said "for me". I don't think I was trying to impose my Patriarchal Will on you or anybody else.

I wasn't making any sort of political statement here, or really anything other than an observation about how abnormally hot it has been here by me. I was kind of making a meaningless statement about how hot it is in my house.

You're being a bitch. If you were a man, I'd call you a bitch.

According to you, global warming is a ridiculous idea. Why - just look! There wiill be a frost advisory for Michigan for one day in August. That disproves EVERYthing!

And besides

Because the word "global" means Michigan, your area, and your house, and "climate" means the summer where you are, a one-day frost advisory in Michigan, and three hot days at your house. You, and Rappy, and JSF all agree, so nobody better point out how limited your collective ideas are. Because that would just be bitchy.

And btw, I was discussing the topic. What were YOU discussing with this post?

6: could you back off a little, please? Your name-calling was uncalled for.
She is not SGG, who apparently revels in your bickering between closet cleanings.
Kiki made a valid point about you choosing to define the Earth's tilt and orbit (which cause seasons) in terms of your local weather experience, inside your dwelling. No need to get bitchy about it and call names. And I'm not a Feminazi.

Kiki: blending 3 different posters and viewpoints into one unrelated topic does not bolster your argument, but weakens it.

No. I'm not going to back off of Kiki. She's pissed off at me about something else and now she's just going to follow me around everywhere and troll me.

Her posts to me last night were akin to being the grammar police and were bitching over nothing. I'm not going to walk on eggshells around here because she's got a stick up her ass.

Oh poor baby. Did I take away your pretense of innocent victim-hood by pointing out YOU ATTACK FIRST? Yes, yes, go back to sleep little troll. You can cuddle with your victim-hood and trot it back out whenever you want to ATTACK FIRST.

You attacked me here first.

Just because you think you're being high-brow about it doesn't make it any less of an insult.

I said an off-handed joke of a comment that in no way was hurting anybody or even stating any sort of political opinion, in a thread that you had no input in for quite a while if ever, and you used a bunch of "big words" to insult me because you're pissy with me in another completely unrelated thread.

Yeah. I really believe that summer ends when I say that it does.

You're either an idiot, completely humorless to a fault, or both.

OK. You were making fun of yourself.
That could have been cleared up with less drama. I don't think I'm party to your other thread for bitching.
And my humor detector was inoperative when reading your sarcastic post.

Not really making fun of myself, but it wasn't a serious post. Just some offhanded comment about the weather.

I said what I said and Kiki thinks "DENIER OF SCIENCE!!! HERE'S YOUR PROOF! HE DOESN'T BELIEVE THAT SUMMER ENDS ON THE 22ND OF SEPTEMBER BECAUSE IT'S STILL HOT IN HIS HOUSE!!!"

Really, I don't know what her gripe was. She comes in here out of nowhere and then insults me with "big words" and then plays dumb like she didn't insult me.

Her normal troll sparring partners have been MIA for a week or two now so she needs to fight with somebody. It's a pattern you'll notice every so often when T and G mysteriously disappear for any length of time, simultaneously.

If you thought my reply above was to you, it wasn't. It was to Kiki. Sorry for any confusion.
