Are you thinking that President Harry S Truman is a fountain of wisdom? This is the guy that gave the go ahead to nuke cities full of women and children. Because he'd kill civilian targets, not military targets, with his "secret" weapon, Truman made it very clear to Joseph Stalin that if Stalin didn't get into line, Moscow would be next. It is also very clear that Truman, by casually killing Hiroshima and Nagasaki (he'd known about the A-bomb for a month before he used it, because nobody trusted dopey Truman with the secret before he became President) started a nuclear arms race, a race with Russia he had not good sense enough to anticipate. And then Truman followed it with the Korean War, a bigger fiasco for the U.S. Army than Vietnam.

Truman was an idiot of a President. Whatever he says about Hillary has to be filtered to remove Truman's "I'm From Missouri, the Show Me State" stupidity.
