President Con-ald Chump in a Faux News interview Saturday described the fatal shooting of an antifa-linked murder suspect by US Marshals last week as an act of "retribution."

The fatal shooting by the law enforcement officers has come under scrutiny, with one witness claiming that they did not try and arrest the suspect before opening fire.

A video clip from July resurfaced of Trump claiming that protestors’ new weapon of choice is…a can of soup. He argued that these cans — and sometimes bags — of soup were more dangerous than bricks, because, apparently, if protestors were caught with them, they could feign innocence.

Oh, for a moment there I thought you were referring to Obama and his infamous "kill list" of people slated for assasination by drone strike.

Which included an American citizen, who was killed by secret drone strike off of Obama's "kill list" after a Star Chamber proceeding presided over by thet great Constitutional lawyer himself: Obama.

Just tallying up the number of Constitutional Amendments that Obama violated with that one ... yanno, search and seizure, habeus corpus, due process ... the head spins on how thoroughly Obama stripped a citizem of his rights and had him killed.

Antifa-linked, you say?

You just spent all year denying that Antifa even exists.

Is this a fictional character we're talking about now then?

Soup cans ARE dangerous when goons are throwing them at your head. These college-graduate geniuses also love throwing frozen water from fast-food cups as well since the evidence melts away.

But then again they're stupid and record everything they do and post it on social media.

Can't stop chasing that internet clout and those sweet, sweet virtue signalling points.

He should also expect a war... in THIS country.

Sounds good, huh Sig? You like wars soo much.

There's an even longer-term thought that goes beyond the timespan of any presidential term, and it's goose sauce = gander sauce.

If it was OK when Obama did it (and you thought it was terrific!) it's OK for Trump to do it.

That's the point of bringing up Saint Obama.

How Obama shredded the Constitution

That universal surveillance that Snowden revealed?
Under Obama.

The buildup of that massive NSA data center in Utah?
Obama.

That secret kill list and drone strike program?
Under Obama

Killing an American citizen after secret - No TRIAL -proceedings?
Under Obama.

FISA court abuse?
Obama, again.

Illegal surveillance of a political rival?
Obama.

Funding jihadists and destabilizing nations thru the CIA?
Obama.

Waging proxy and actual war on foreign nations? Destroying Libya and attempting to destroy Syria? Children in cages? Prosecuting more whistleblowers than all previous Presidents combined?

*****

Yanno, I thought BUSH was bad, openly invading Afghanistan and Iraq, prosecuting his "Global (endless, borderless) War on Terror", extraordinarily renditioning suspects and sending them to black torture sites, establishing the category of "enemy combatant" and prison sites ... both out of the realm of the Geneva Convention, and beginning the warrantless surveillance that Obama so vigorously pursued ... but Obama wasn't any better. TRUMP, by comparison, is better than either of them.

Tell us what Trump has done that even compares in severity to Obama and Bush.

BE SPECIFIC. I'm always ready to listen to facts and logic. Just don't try to snow me with bullshit and your excess of emotion.

It used to be bike locks in bags were popular weapons. If you swing it hard enough, with the extra speed from being in a bag, you could kill someone by hitting them in the head, especially if you catch them in the temple where the bone is thinnest. It's not like in the movies, where people take an endless pounding and bounce back for more. It's just a question of weight and speed.

I once dropped a frozen 5lb chicken in my big toe, and not only was that VERY painful my whole toe turned blue and my nail dropped off. So, yeah ... we can put frozen chickens in the category of potential weapons too.

What people don't understand about Trump is that he's the first President to cancel every nuclear weapons treaty and the first to increase the national debt faster than even during WWII. We've had fat Presidents (Taft) and dumb Presidents (Franklin Pierce. You never heard him, have you?) and crooks for President (Warren G. Harding) but Trump is the first fat dumb crook President.

But none of those count as being "fascist", do they? And wasn't that the POINT of your thread ... that Trump was a "fascist" because he "pushed" state "executions" of people he "didn't like" ... as opposed to, say, firing Hellfire missiles at them from Predator drones, and violating the first, fourth, and fifth amendments of most Americans, just because he was in bed with the CIA? (If you haven't figured that out, I'm refering to Obama.)

Or have you lost track of the point that had you so incensed you had to post about it, but now can't find any examples?

But, OK, let's change tacks. Let's just look at plain old corruption.

How about the Clinton "Foundation" collecting tens of millions of dollars every year while Hillary was Secretary of State, and while she was running for President? It surprised exactly nobody that donations dried up after she lost her bid for the Presidency... most people think that it was just a "pay to play" schemeand a roundabout way of influencing the potential President of the USA.

Quote:

The Clinton Foundation Has Lost More Than $30 Million Since Hillary Clinton Lost The 2016 Election
By Emily Zanotti
Nov 20, 2019 DailyWire.com

The Clinton Foundation has been on a financial skid since Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election, a new report from the Washington Free Beacon shows.

According to tax records filed on behalf of the Foundation for the last several years, the Clinton Foundation, which once touted itself as a massive global force for good, but often looked to be little more than a roundabout way of influencing the political priorities of its three leaders — Bill and Hillary Clinton and their daughter Chelsea — is now a mere shell of its former self, having lost around half of its value after Hillary Clinton failed to win the White House... Altogether, the Free Beacon says, that means the Clinton foundation has come up $30 million short since 2016.

The Clintons have been adamant that the Foundation isn’t necessarily a clearinghouse for off-the-books political giving (though, in fairness, it also serves as an employment opportunity for their daughter), but as the Free Beacon points out, the best fundraising years the Clinton Foundation just happened to be the same years Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State, and the same years she was running a presidential campaign. Between 2008 and 2016, it seems, the Foundation’s fundraising was in the billions.

That's BILLIONS, with a "b".

Quote:

It likely does not help that the Federal government has since instituted an investigation into the internal workings of the Clinton Foundation — and specifically how money was spent and whether “donors to the foundation were improperly promised policy favors or special access to Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state in exchange for donations to the charity’s coffers, as well as whether tax-exempt funds were misused,” according to CNN.

And then there was Biden, who sat in the Vice President's seat of the Ukrainian Rada (Parliament) and who shoehorned his son onto the Board of Burisma Holdings, where his son was ultimately paid millions of dollars in what appears to be nothing short of protection money, since Biden was protecting Burisma from investigation.

Here is Biden claiming to have threatened President Poroshenko with the withholding of USA funds if they don't fire the Procurator General (Attorney General of Ukraine) who was doing the investigation.

"If the Prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money"

Really, child, that's so quaint that you think Hillary, Biden, and Obama are any better than Trump!

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/obama-drone-strikes/
U.S. President Barack Obama authorized more than 500 drone strikes.

Quote:

The U.S. government believes it can legally justify the killing of American citizens in drone strikes: In 2014 (under Obama), the Justice Department released a secret 2011 memo (also under Obama) that explained the legal justification for killing American terror suspects living overseas without trial. *
The U.S. keeps killing Americans in drone strikes, mostly by accident

Yes, that's American citizens killed for being suspects (under Obama).

Goodbye, kind world (George Monbiot) - In common with all those generations which have contemplated catastrophe, we appear to be incapable of understanding what confronts us.

This is also from the Snopes link: "The 542 drone strikes that Obama authorized killed an estimated 3,797 people, including 324 civilians." And US citizens. Let's not forget them.

Presumably the 542 drones strikes were for 542 'targets' It got me to wondering ... there are 416 weeks in 8 years. So at a minimum, on average, Obama ordered 1 execution per week. How did he do that? Did he pencil it in on his calendar?: Monday 09:25 - 09:30 sign execution warrant for whomever the CIA wants dead. Did people just drop in ad hoc as soon as the papers were drafted?: Hey, Obama! We got another one for you to sign! And supposedly he watched them all from the situation room as they unfolded. Was that like presidential death porn that they rewarded him with, for not being able to run his own foreign policy?

No matter how I think about it, it sure is creepy.

Yeah, I'm sure that's how it went... fckske. :eyeball:

Meanwhile, Obama you say 1 US citizen (over simplified), Trump? 200,000 US citizens and counting. ALL IN THIS COUNTRY. He doesn't even have to go to a conflict zone to kill Americans. Just because we can't travel outside the US because he's turning us into a sh*thole country and no one will let us in, he can still kill US Citizens by staying right here at home. I suppose he's saving fuel??

Meanwhile, president fwad, from your article:

The Bureau of Investigative Journalism also reported that the number of drone strikes ratcheted up during Trump’s first year in office, doubling in Somalia and tripling in Yemen."

It's almost like Trump is hiding something.

But you have no problem with him killing even more people over seas by drone and more US citizens by ignorance and indifference??? Is that what you ok with? Misplaced loyalties much? Or just sh*t logic? Bad math maybe?

Bullshit definition, fuckwit. Where'd you get it from? Vox?

https://www.dictionary.com/browse/fascism?s=t

Quote:

fascism
[ fash-iz-uhm ]

1. (sometimes initial capital letter) a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.

2. (sometimes initial capital letter) the philosophy, principles, or methods of fascism.

3. (initial capital letter) a political movement that employs the principles and methods of fascism, especially the one established by Mussolini in Italy 1922–43.

Nothing about Right Wing in there, cunt, let alone far-right.

In fact, this was Mussolini - https://www.britannica.com/biography/Benito-Mussolini

Quote:

At the same time, however, he was gaining a reputation as a young man of strange magnetism and remarkable rhetorical talents. He read widely and voraciously, if not deeply, plunging into the philosophers and theorists Immanuel Kant, Benedict de Spinoza, Peter Kropotkin, Friedrich Nietzsche, G.W.F. Hegel, Karl Kautsky, and Georges Sorel, picking out what appealed to him and discarding the rest, forming no coherent political philosophy of his own yet impressing his companions as a potential revolutionary of uncommon personality and striking presence. While earning a reputation as a political journalist and public speaker, he produced propaganda for a trade union, proposing a strike and advocating violence as a means of enforcing demands. Repeatedly, he called for a day of vengeance. More than once he was arrested and imprisoned. When he returned to Italy in 1904, even the Roman newspapers had started to mention his name.

Sounds a lot like Second's alternate personality, Marcos.

Well SARS-CoV-2 had a hand in that! And there's no question in my mind that even if Trump had gotten off the mark and done a lot of things better, there would still be many, many dead people. If the US had an average European response, it would be somewhere between the very best (Norway @49/M) and the worst (Belgium @856/M)(I'm not going to count San Marino @1237/M !), and we'd be @452/M instead of @601/M. There is certainly a lot of room for criticism and improvement - but the number was never going to be 0! That's just silly on your part to claim that.

Trump’s Shredding of Civil Liberties Won’t Stop With Antifa
An American was killed by federal agents and the president called it “retribution.” We are so far gone.
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/09/14/opinion/trump-antifa-civil-libertie
s.html

Federal authorities claimed that Reinoehl had a gun. The Olympian newspaper quoted two witnesses who said Reinoehl fired at the police, but one later said his remarks had been misconstrued and he wasn’t sure if Reinoehl had a weapon. A third witness said that Reinoehl was carrying only a cellphone, and that the marshals started shooting at him without announcing themselves.

Even if Reinoehl’s killing was justified, in a country where the rule of law held, the government would have treated it as regrettable. For Donald Trump’s administration, Reinoehl’s death was cause for celebration.
---

The third witness, is, of course, the one telling the truth.

Wikipedia. It's a web site.

So you got one from dictionary.com thinking because it says "dictionary" it's the final word? What a simp.

This is the definition of a sh*t definition:

Quote:

How many hours did it take you to find that?

#2 is awesome, "fascism is fascism" - wow, so complete.

Quote:

Really? FROM YOUR OWN LINK: "...fascism is used to refer to any ideology or movement seen as authoritarian, nationalistic, and extremely right wing,..."

Did you even read your own link?

I know for you reading is like holding your breath, "I can't keep doing it! I have to stop! It hurts!"

"ABOUT THIS WORD
What does fascism mean?

Fascism is a system of government led by a dictator who typically rules by forcefully and often violently suppressing opposition and criticism, controlling all industry and commerce, and promoting nationalism and often racism.

The word is sometimes capitalized, especially when it specifically refers to the dictatorship of Benito Mussolini in Italy from 1922 to 1943, or authoritarian systems similar to his, including those of Adolf Hitler in Germany and Francisco Franco in Spain.

Fascism can also refer to an ideology based on this form of rule, or to the use of its methods. More broadly, fascism is used to refer to any ideology or movement seen as authoritarian, nationalistic, and extremely right wing, especially when fundamentally opposed to democracy and liberalism.

The term fascist can be a noun referring generally to someone who has such views, or, more specifically, to a member of such a government or movement. Fascist can also be used as an adjective describing something involving or promoting fascism.

Apart from their literal (and often capitalized) use to refer to the regime of Mussolini, the words fascism and fascist are typically used negatively as a criticism of such practices and ideologies—fascists typically avoid calling themselves fascists due to the negative history associated with the terms.

That history includes the rise of fascism in the 1920s and ’30s, the Holocaust perpetrated by Hitler and the Nazis, and other atrocities and oppression committed under fascist regimes. Interest in the history of fascism and the word itself has increased in the 21st century, along with a global rise of nationalism and movements associated with fascism."

Yeah. Here's how Wikipedia works. EVERYBODY gets to edit it. YOU could have put that it was "far right". In fact, let's take a look at an edit of the page: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Fascism&oldid=976154877

Quote:

Fascism (/'fæ??z?m/) is a form of authoritarian ultranationalism[1][2] characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, as well as strong regimentation of society and of the economy[3] which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe.[4]

No mention of far-right there. Here's the explanation:

Quote:

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by James76255 (talk | contribs) at 13:26, 1 September 2020 (While many claim fascism is "far right wing", the literal definition has nothing to do with left or right politics.). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

This is true. But Wikipedia is run by a bunch of leftist cunts who hate Trump and are trying desperately to WRONGLY tie the words Nationalism and Fascism together, so we've got the false info up there.

Have you ever even seen a dictionary before? Half of the words have entries that are self-referential.

NO citation for that statement, whatsoever. Nor is there even a name of whoever authored that editorialism. If dictionary.com was really willing to go on record stating matter-of-factually that fascism is Right Wing, they would have put it in the definition itself.

Fuck you. You're the illiterate piece of shit here who can't read a news article past the headline. When I go to a dictionary for a definition, I don't stick around to read somebody else's un-cited and ignorant opinions on the word.

I knew more about how to use computers and the internet at 20 years old than you'll ever know in your life.

And way to change the subject there because you have no argument for the point, dummy.

Since you don't approve of dictionary.com, here's Mirriam Webster's definition of the word, sans the editorialism (you can do a find on the page for the word right... You won't find that word):

Quote:

fas·?cism | \ 'fa-?shi-z?m
also 'fa-?si- \
Definition of fascism

1 often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition
2 : a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control early instances of army fascism and brutality— J. W. Aldridge
