Again, file this under "Things intelligent people already know" People that aren't nuts don't sit around obsessing about "THEY".

“We expected to find that both of the strongly ideological networks made use of such words,” they wrote for the Conversation, “perhaps in different ways. Instead, we found that Fox used antipathy words five times more often than MSNBC. ‘Hate’ really stood out: it appeared 647 times on Fox, compared to 118 on MSNBC.

“Fox usually pairs certain words alongside ‘hate’. The most notable was ‘they’ – as in, ‘they hate’. Fox used this phrase 101 times between January and May. MSNBC used it just five times.”

Classic projection. The network built on hate says that they're the ones being hated on.

IMHO 99.9% of the time, when MSNBC brings up Russia or Trump - or both- it's "hate paranoia. Which prolly puts MSNBC in the lead, altho since I don't watch either one regularly it would be hard for me to say.

The problem is that people like WISHY and REAVERBOT and THUGR don't recognize hate paranoia when they hear it, because they share the same paranoia.

When Russia commits literally half of the mindless hackings on this country and our infrastructure and Trump commits 5000 lies in 4 years, we aren't PARANOID.. WE ARE VIGILANT.

Paranoia is broadly baseless, VIGILANCE IS A LEARNED RESPONSE due to a very real threat....

DNI Letter Supports Allegation That Hillary Clinton Created 'Russiagate'

Were the allegations that Russia intervened in the 2016 presidential elections made up by the Clinton campaign?

A letter sent by Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe seems to suggest so:

On Tuesday, Ratcliffe, a loyalist whom Trump placed atop U.S. intelligence in the spring, sent Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) a letter claiming that in late July 2016, U.S. intelligence acquired “insight” into a Russian intelligence analysis. That analysis, Ratcliffe summarized in his letter, claimed that Clinton had a plan to attack Trump by tying him to the 2016 hack of the Democratic National Committee.
...
Ratcliffe stated that the intelligence community “does not know the accuracy of this allegation or to the extent to which the Russian intelligence analysis may reflect exaggeration or fabrication.”

Yanno WISHY, if I had been lied to by the press as often as YOU have, and believed them, I'd be an awful lot more "vigilent" about what the press was feeding me. Since the press has told a lot of big fat whoppers ... A LOT... I treat them about the same way I treat Trump's tweets. Which is to say that they're mostly full of bull and designed for effect, not substance.

Maybe you should extend your "vigilance" to 360deg, wouldn't you say?

Trump’s touting of ‘racehorse theory’ tied to eugenics and Nazis alarms Jewish leaders
https://www.latimes.com/politics/story/2020-10-05/trump-debate-white-s
upremacy-racehorse-theory

“You have good genes, you know that, right?” Trump told a mostly white crowd of supporters in Bemidji, Minn., on Sept. 18. “You have good genes. A lot of it is about the genes, isn’t it? Don’t you believe? The racehorse theory. You think we’re so different? You have good genes in Minnesota.”

Rabbi Mark Diamond, a senior lecturer on Jewish studies at Loyola Marymount University, was stunned.

“To hear these remarks said at a rally in an election campaign for the presidency is beyond reprehensible,” said Diamond, the former executive vice president of the Board of Rabbis of Southern California.

“This is at the heart of Nazi ideology… This has brought so much tragedy and destruction to the Jewish people and to others. It’s actually hard to believe in 2020 we have to revisit these very dangerous theories.”
---
Referencing eugenics to butter up a crowd of his supporters should leave no question as to their shared attitudes about race.

Wishy - did you read the article, or just the title?
Because there is no EVIDENCE in the article, just endless claims by u-soft. Or, as the article dodges any responsibility for its claims: "claims new Microsoft report", "Microsoft has revealed", "According to the firm", "Microsoft claims", "Microsoft said", "... said Mary Jo Schrade at Microsoft Digital Crimes Unit Asia", "Microsoft said", "observed by Microsoft", "Microsoft intelligence revealed", "Microsoft observed", "Microsoft said", "Microsoft said", "Microsoft revealed", and "Microsoft is urging".
The poor article authors seemed like they used up the thesaurus trying to find alternative ways of saying the same thing - u-soft says.

Now, in the article is a link to the u-soft report https://download.microsoft.com/download/f/8/1/f816b8b6-bee3-41e5-b6cc-

... where Russia is barely mentioned at all. You'd think it would at least be a focus of u-soft's interest.

Never fear though - u-soft has THE ANSWER! to all this sort-of-Russian no-good-doing! Keep buying new systems as they quickly obsolete their past ones, and keep your systems under u-soft control so u-soft can remotely push its new security protocols whenever it wants!

Awwww ... and I bet people thought they owned their computers.

Cornel West & Rev. Traci Blackmon: Clergy in Charlottesville Were Trapped by Torch-Wielding Nazis

lergy

CORNEL WEST: Absolutely. You had a number of the courageous students, of all colors, at the University of Virginia who were protesting against the neofascists themselves. The neofascists had their own ammunition. And this is very important to keep in mind, because the police, for the most part, pulled back. The next day, for example, those 20 of us who were standing, many of them clergy, we would have been crushed like cockroaches if it were not for the anarchists and the anti-fascists who approached, over 300, 350 anti-fascists. We just had 20. And we’re singing “This Little light of Mine,” you know what I mean? So that the—

AMY GOODMAN: “Antifa” meaning anti-fascist.

CORNEL WEST: The anti-fascists, and then, crucial, the anarchists, because they saved our lives, actually. We would have been completely crushed, and I’ll never forget that. Meaning what? Meaning that you had the police holding back, on the one hand, so we couldn’t even get arrested. We were there to get arrested. We couldn’t get arrested, because the police had pulled back, and just allowing fellow citizens to go at each other, you see, and with all of the consequences that would follow therefrom.

Yes, What About the “Alt-Left”?
What the counterprotesters Trump despises were actually doing in Charlottesville last weekend.
https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2017/08/what-the-alt-left-was-actu
ally-doing-in-charlottesville.html

While one obviously can’t objectively say what a kind of alternate reality or “sliding doors”–type situation would have been, one can hypothesize or theorize. Based on what was happening all around, the looks on their faces, the sheer number of them, and the weapons they were wielding, my hypothesis or theory is that had the antifa not stepped in, those of us standing on the steps would definitely have been injured, very likely gravely so. On Democracy Now, Cornel West, who was also in the line with us, said that he felt that the antifa saved his life. I didn’t roll my eyes at that statement or see it as an exaggeration—I saw it as a very reasonable hypothesis based on the facts we had.
---
I am a pastor in Charlottesville, and antifa saved my life twice on Saturday. Indeed, they saved many lives from psychological and physical violence—I believe the body count could have been much worse, as hard as that is to believe.
---
Many more stories in the article. Lifesaving heroes, all. God bless the brave patriots of Antifa.

Russian troll owned, by me, yet again.
