As of today, the House has 218 Dem, 212 Rep.

So if 3 Dems do not agree with Nancy, then they would defeat any bill, unless they vote by "voice" - where any bill can pass.

The 5 vacancies are:
LA-2
TX-6
OH-11
NM-1
FL-20

TX-6 is likely to elect another GOP. He had Stage IV Lung Cancer, so his death was ruled Covid.
