The FDA has only approved the Pfizer vaccine for 16 year olds and older, with EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) for 12 to 15 years old.

Congratulations, by the way, to Pfizer for winning the bidding war. Your share holders are very happy.

That being said, USA Today reports extremely far down in the article that only 55% of Americans are vaccinated, using the figure of 183 Million Americans. Since there are 328 Million people in America, and 183 Million is 55% of 328 Million, they are essentially lying to you by bastardizing numbers.

People under 12 can't get vaccinated. People under 16 can only get a vaccination that hasn't been approved for them under EUA.

Good luck finding a legit stat of how many people in the country are under 16, but the amount of people under 18 are 75 Million or 24% of the population.

Let's call it 60 Million under 16 and be conservative here.

That would make it 68% of the population who is old enough to get an FDA approved vaccine are vaccinated, which is just a tick below the magic fucking number they were supposedly striving for all along.

They're trying to make it sound like less than it actually is. Make it seem split, so they can just say it's Trump voters who aren't getting vaccinated, while completely ignoring the fact that people who aren't white and are more likely to vote Democrat are far less likely to get a vaccination.

This isn't a Trump thing. Why you're continuing to go down the road Hillary Clinton pioneered with her Deplorables speech when it does nothing but backfire on you is a mystery to me.
