Apparently not enough people learned their lessons yet and/or were terrorized by Democrat and Media rhetoric that this election was about saving Democracy.

I've switched sides. Yes, it's true. I want Democrats to increase their hold in the Senate and maintain the majority in the House.

I want all three branches to be in control during the four Biden* years. That way, the recession that the Legacy Media has been hinting we're finally going to admit that we're in the middle of after the first quarter of next year happens, they'll have nobody to blame but themselves. Although I'm sure they'll find a way to get the Democrat voters to believe otherwise. It's not hard. They're all simple.

This is the fault of anybody who has been complaining the last two years but didn't get off of their ass and vote.

NEW RULE: If you have a problem with what's going on and you don't vote, you don't get to bitch about anything.

Enjoy your two more years of more expensive everything, record braking illegal alien invaders, rising crime from coast to coast all with the high unemployment, high and increasing interest rates and record level evictions coming down the pike.

You deserve whatever you get the next two years if you didn't vote.

I'll just be sitting here watching and laughing as the country spirals for another two years.

At least our entertainment should be more watchable as real life continues to slide since Hollywood doesn't have the money anymore to make products for fat white chicks on twitter that dye their hair purple with Kool-Aid and cat piss.

Have fun everybody!

The GOP wave — to the shock of Democrats predisposed to expect the worst, and Republicans who expected to surf the favorable fundamentals — did not materialize. In fact, it could be the weakest midterm result for an out-of-power party since the 2002 election, when Republicans rode George W. Bush’s post-9/11 coattails to rare pickups.

You must have gone to bed too early when you wrote that article last night. The GOP has no chance of taking the Senate, and unless they take 27 of the 63 remaining seats in the house that are still too close to call, they're losing the house too (something I'm rooting for).

And while I agree that GOP leadership like McConnell and McCarthy are dogshit, I don't agree with you about cutting any slack to the electorate and pinning all the blame squarely on the politicians.

Anybody who was too lazy to sit this one out voted for increasing gas prices, increasing food prices, higher crime, lower penalties to criminals, higher illegal alien invader counts, higher inflation, more woke agenda pushed in every aspect of our lives and at least two more years of what we've all been living through already.

This is their fault too.

I'm a principled man. Voting early to me means voting in person at the polls before Noon on election day. Maybe if you're too fucking lazy to get off the couch on the one day in your every-other-year that it matters, you should just pick up your fraudulent unsolicited mail-in ballot and send it in like the lazy shitstain Democrat voters do. Maybe just vote straight Democrat while you're at it too, because you appear to be a great fit for them.

Keep those mail-in vote trucks coming and destroy the GOP in the rest of the house races. I want to see Democrats increase their leads in both houses this election cycle.

100 years from now, the scholars will look back at 2022 and wonder just what the fuck happened last night.

Now you've only got 52 more chances.

I would STRONGLY suggest you put your McConnell's and McCarthy's and your Romney's in the corner and put a fuckin' muzzle on them or else your beyond embarrassing defeat last night was all in vain.

Meanwhile, I've got shit to do. It was fun watching you get trounced last night, but all good things come to an end and life today will be exactly as it was yesterday.

Have fun with the rest of your losses!

As much as the election has been a debate about inflation, abortion and democracy, none of those issues will be at the top of either party’s agenda at the start of the next Congress. Instead, House Republicans are planning to force President Joe Biden to make cuts to Medicare, Social Security and Medicaid. It would be risky to cut these popular programs on their own, but Democrats won’t agree to join them without a compromise, like raising taxes. So that leaves Republicans hoping to hold up a vote on the debt ceiling to force Biden’s hand.

It turns out that people don’t like having their abortion rights taken away, and that a critical swathe of the public prefers not to be represented in office by Republican kooks and insurrectionists. As Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell predicted this summer, the party’s Senate odds seemed weighed down by a number of Trump-backed challengers with “candidate quality” issues, as he so gingerly put it.

It's time to get the Neo-Cons out for good.

I don't want to hear one more fucking word about abortion coming from a Republican's mouth ever again. In fact, while I don't care if a Republican goes to church or not, I want every Republican who talks about it in public to be ousted from office.

Put McConnell, McCarthy and Romney and the rest of the Neo-Cons out to pasture where Nancy Pelosi and the Clintons belong. I don't ever want to hear a single word from any of them again.

Fuck you Republicans. Fuck you so hard. You suck so fucking bad that you delivered us into two more years of Biden*'s agenda when every historical trend was in your favor.

I want the Democrats to win seats in the Senate, keep the house and gain at least one Gubernatorial slot when the votes are tallied.

At least half of America's problems are foreign policy problems. Hell, we could solve a large part of our deficit, global warming and what-have-you problems if we would just stop trying to be The Global Master and start worrying about what's going on in our own borders.

But Americans don't vote foreign policy. They don't see the connection between what we do globally (on behalf of the WEF etc) and what happens to us internally. 9-11 and energy shortages are explained as "They hate us for our freedom".

As if!

Unless people start connecting the dots, our living standard and society will continue to slide.

Don't worry. Trump will be fine:

Rupert Murdoch Is Having the Same Problem Dr. Frankenstein Once Faced With His Monster

Murdoch’s conservative media outlets send a message to Donald Trump: It’s over.

On Murdoch’s most influential outlet, Fox News, two of Trump’s closest allies on the television channel he gets his opinions from, Laura Ingraham and Kayleigh McEnany, sounded like hostage negotiators, urging the former president to admit his time was up and let his supporters go.

Ingraham addressed Trump, without mentioning his name. “Going into 2024, the Republicans are going to be looking for candidates who are focused on winning, not just making a point or settling a score,” she said, as a graphic over her shoulder read “It’s About America, Not Grudges,” and the headline on the screen beneath her changed to “Focus on Ego and Grievance Turning Off Voters.”

Looking directly into the camera and speaking slowly, as if addressing an audience of one sitting before a television in Mar-a-Lago, Ingraham continued: “The populist movement is about ideas. It is not about any one person. If the voters conclude that you’re putting your own ego or your own grudges ahead of what’s good for the country, they’re going to look elsewhere, period.”

Don't worry. Trump will be fine.

In an editorial, the Wall Street Journal says:

Since his unlikely victory in 2016 against the widely disliked Hillary Clinton, Mr. Trump has a perfect record of electoral defeat. The GOP was pounded in the 2018 midterms owing to his low approval rating. Mr. Trump himself lost in 2020. He then sabotaged Georgia’s 2021 runoffs by blaming party leaders for not somehow overturning his defeat. That gave Democrats control of the Senate, letting President Biden pump up inflation with a $1.9 trillion Covid bill, appoint a liberal Supreme Court Justice, and pass a $700 billion climate spending hash.

Now Mr. Trump has botched the 2022 elections, and it could hand Democrats the Senate for two more years.

Conservative columnist, John Podhoretz, writes:

In almost every place a Trumpster lost, there had been a regular Republican who could and should have been the party’s nominee — a nominee who could have taken advantage of the uniquely horrible facts and fundamentals confronting Democratic candidates in 2022.

But then Toxic Trump came into these races, picking the candidate who bowed lowest — or, as in Pennsylvania, went for a snake-oil doctor salesman because, it seems, his wife enjoyed watching Mehmet Oz carny-bark on afternoon TV.

And the independent voters’ history tells us would ordinarily have flocked to the GOP and said, “Oh, man, what is that stink?”

Trump now has an 80% success rate on his Endorsements for the General Election. Up 2% from when I posted the link yesterday. That's 4 out of 5.

https://ballotpedia.org/Endorsements_by_Donald_Trump

His Primary Endorsement success rate was 93%.

This isn't Trump's fault. Here's what happened:

1. McConnell and McCarthy are to blame for the failure of the GOP taking advantage of the 2 years of Biden's* Presidency by pulling out millions of dollars of campaign money from key races in order to block just enough Trump Endorsements but secure control of congress where they could resume power. It looks like they probably succeeded in the House. It may have backfired on them in the Senate (And I fucking hope it did). If it comes to a runoff, I don't expect Walker to save them. December is a long way away and after what happened Tuesday night I don't see any reason to believe anybody predicting that the GOP will take that seat.

2. Dipshit Lindsey Graham scared the shit out of Lefties just days before the election with dumbass comments about banning abortion on a Federal level. Whether or not he was even serious about his desire to do this, it was never a thing that he actually was going to have the power to do and this was another attempt by the Neo-Con trash to limit Trump's successes on his Endorsements in key races.

3. Gen Z turnout was the highest in the 18-24 age range in over 30 years. While the announcement by idiot Lindsey Graham on abortion absolutely played a role in this, the bigger reason they turned out is because they were all bought off by Joe Biden* announcing he was eliminating $10,000 worth of their college debt last month. Just as a federal level ban on abortion will never happen, this is never going to happen either because it will be struck down in court as unconstitutional, but by the time that happens it will have been way after the midterm election and won't matter.

4. In the case of Fetterman v Oz, specifically, this happened because after weeks of denying Oz a debate, Fetterman's team finally agreed to do one a week after early mail-in fraud ballots had already been sent in. 70% of all mail in fraud ballots were sent in before debate night, to be exact. Voters didn't actually get to see the horror show that they voted for live on national TV until after they voted. These same voters also voted two dead Democrats back into office.

No. Tuesday was a big win for Trump, despite all of the challenges thrown at him, mostly from the Republican party.

4 out of 5 ain't bad, and I suspect that number will creep up even more in the next week. Possibly to 82 or 83% of his endorsements.

I wouldn't buy any hype about a cage match between Trump and DeSantis.

Even though I suspect that Trump would actually enjoy one, I think DeSantis is going to be more than happy to just keep doing what he's doing for now and run for President in 2028. Especially if Kari Lake wins her election. Six years from now a DeSantis/Lake ticket in 2028 would be unbeatable.

I would prefer Trump, rather than anyone who has not lost a Presidential election, to be the GOP candidate in 2024. This time Trump will be weighed down with his entire history, including every unpaid tax bill, every subcontractor he cheated, every lawsuit he lost, and his biggest lies. I'm pretty darn sure that Trump's continuing excuse isn't believable that his tax returns are still being audited by the IRS. Trump's mentor, Roy Cohn, never paid his taxes but he died of AIDs before the IRS could figure out what Roy owed. The IRS will figure out what Trump owes before 2024. Trump's "audit" will end and he will pay or else.

Internal Revenue Service audited Cohn's returns for 20 straight years and still didn't get paid, a lesson for Trump about the fecklessness of the IRS. But Biden will probably force the IRS to collect from Trump rather than allow the IRS to passively wait until Trump is as dead as Roy Cohn.

Aside from the fact that there is no law anywhere that states a Presidental Candidate needs to publish their taxes for the world to see, the facct that Gen Z voters came out in numbers that weren't seen in 30 years and swung so heavily in favor of Democrats because of lies from both the Republican Party (Lindsey Graham lying about unconstitutionally banning abortion on a federal level) and the Democrat Party (Joe Biden* claiming he will give them all $10,000 unconstitutional freebies) is exactly why Trump didn't ever release his taxes to the public.

The public is fucking dumb. Unlike Obama's 2 page 1040, Trumps taxes would have been hundreds or even thousands of pages that nobody but the best tax attorneys would be able to make heads or tails of, and only if they took a lot of time out of their lives to pour over them and get the entire context.

Why would he ever release them when everybody knows that Rachel Maddow and friends would have just cherry-picked one or two pages here and there and presented them without any context to imply that Trump was a tax cheat when the IRS still after 6+ years has not accused Trump of any wrong doing?

This is a non issue today, just as it's always been a non issue from the beginning.

Second will go on and on about it for another 6 years now because there is no possible way that anybody would ever convince him that Trump isn't a tax cheat. The only person who could do that would be Second, and only if he actually had all of Trump's tax returns on his person and devoted years of what's left of his old age to sort through and understand all of them with complete context and a whole lot of tax law education that he doesn't currently have under his belt.

In Russia, Putin doesn't pay his taxes so why should Trump pay his? Certainly Nixon's tax cheating (and being forced by Congress to pay or else be impeached) is no reason to expect Trump to voluntarily keep his numerous promises to publicize his own tax returns and proving he did not cheat.

The midterm elections in the United States were a hot topic in Moscow. Convinced that the “red wave” was coming, Russian propagandists rushed to take credit for the anticipated landslide victory that would ensure Republican majority in Congress and Senate.

On Tuesday, Russia’s top propagandist, Vladimir Solovyov, greeted his audience by wishing them a “Happy Interference in the U.S. Election Day.” Yevgeny Prigozhin, known as “Putin's chef,” who was indicted as part of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian election interference, likewise decided to publicly fess up to the allegations he previously denied.

This plan to discredit the U.S. elections and convince the Republicans that the mighty Kremlin hand covertly helped push them to victory backfired. On Wednesday, state TV propagandists were scratching their heads about the wave that turned out to be but a trickle. During the broadcast of 60 Minutes, host Olga Skabeeva asked an expert: “How are our guys in America?” Political scientist Vladimir Kornilov clarified with a chuckle: “Our Republicans.”

Co-host of 60 Minutes Evgeny Popov surmised: “Republican triumph or the tsunami did not materialize... Trump is already calling on Americans to protest ballot stuffing and not allowing his opponents to disrupt the elections.”

Russian state TV coverage focused on baseless allegations of various issues supposedly plaguing U.S. elections, featuring the footage of Kari Lake, candidate for governor of Arizona, and former U.S. President Donald J. Trump, complaining that the polling stations were “running out of paper” and experiencing various mishaps.

Skabeeva exclaimed: “Come out in the streets, Americans! You are being lied to!” Abzalov pointed out that at least January should be “fun,” predicting that Republicans would attempt to impeach U.S. President Joe Biden. Skabeeva complained: “They will impeach but won’t be able to overthrow him. We’ve seen how it went down with our friend, our comrade Donald — and it happened more than once.”

Skabeeva went on: “We keep worrying about our guys, their results should have been better than this... Apparently, there will be no landslide victory for Republicans in Congress... Still, Donald Trump is planning to celebrate—it isn’t exactly clear what is there to celebrate.”

Political editor Maxim Yusin concurred: “Republicans performed much worse than everyone had predicted yesterday... This is because of the Trump factor, this is clearly his fault. He butted into this electoral campaign too overtly and with his odious nature, pushed away those who were on the fence.”

The problem in the Republican party is that they ran on the wrong agenda.

One of the problems with Republican candidates, whether they were the Trump wing or not, was that AFA foreign policy what I heard was ... *crickets*.

I can only conclude that they're either pro-war or lack spine. The thing that made Trump different from all of the other Republican candidates (at the national level) is that he is highly aware of the UNITED STATES. OUR security, OUR interests. He didn't conflate them with Ukraine, or "global" anything. AFA I'm concerned, there is no foreign policy difference between the GOP and the DNC. (And no reason for Russian leadership to hope for one party over another.)

Crime and inflation were winning issues. Abortion not so much. But what about border security? Foreign policy? Reindustrialization? The GOP let the narrative be dictated by globalists in both parties.

The GOP will probably focus on "China the enemy", and create more chaos, expense and blowback for us, in a different part of the world. They're running on a platform of fear not hope.

Any idea where Desantis stands on foreign policy? People see him as "Trump without the baggage" but, as President, his JOB is foreign policy. I would not vote for a pig in a poke.

This isn't Trump's fault.

Republican Pat Toomey is retiring from his Pennsylvania Senate seat at the end of the term. But before he goes, he is speaking some hard truths to his party.

Asked Thursday by CNN’s Erin Burnett about how Republicans lost the contest to replace him, Toomey was blunt that “President Trump inserting himself into the race … was never going to be helpful.”

Trump had endorsed Mehmet Oz in the primary and rallied with him the final weekend before the general election.

Noted Toomey: “We were in a moment, we were in a cycle, we were at a time when it’s good for Republicans for the race to be about President Biden, who is not popular, whose policies have failed. And instead, President Trump had to insert himself and that changed the nature of the race.”

Toomey wasn’t done. He added that: “All over the country, there’s a very high correlation between MAGA candidates and big losses, or at least dramatically underperforming.”

Which isn’t wrong! In Toomey’s home state, aside from Oz’s 4-point loss to Democrat John Fetterman, Trump-backed Doug Mastriano lost the governor’s race by 15 points, a landslide in a state as closely divided as Pennsylvania.

In battleground Michigan, Trump-endorsed Tudor Dixon lost by 11 points to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, a defeat that led to a blue wave down-ballot in the state. In Illinois, the Trump-backed gubernatorial candidate lost by 10. In the Maryland governor’s race, the Trump-backed candidate lost by 25.

On the Senate side, Blake Masters, the Trump-picked candidate in Arizona, trails Sen. Mark Kelly in a race that is still too close to call. Herschel Walker, another high-profile candidate backed by Trump, finds himself headed for a runoff in Georgia on December 6 against Sen. Raphael Warnock. And even in places where the Trump-supported candidate won – like Ohio – it took a massive outlay of cash from national Republicans (roughly $30 million) to drag J.D. Vance across the finish line.

Trump, for his part, is entirely unwilling to consider that he was – and is – anything but an unalloyed good for his party, declaring a “Big Victory” on his Truth Social website Friday.

There is, without question, a portion of the Republican Party that believes that – and will follow Trump wherever he leads them (even if it’s to electoral destruction).

But as Toomey’s comments make clear, there is also a group of Republicans who view this as a now-or-never moment with Trump and the party. Either they use what happened in the midterms to push him to the side, or he remains a dominant figure and they just keep losing elections.

The Point: Toomey can’t be congratulated too strongly for his bravery in speaking out against Trump, given that he has one foot already out the door. But his voice is part of a growing chorus of Republicans suggesting that Tuesday’s election was the final straw for Trump. Will base voters listen?

Yup. Except that's all lies.

If the Democrats were afraid of losing to DeSantis, or if DeSantis would be a better Republican candidate than Trump is, or they had any fear that they wouldn't be able to control him once he was in office, then they'd be doing the same thing that they did in the weeks leading up to the mid-term elections, which is spend their own campaign money propping up people they thought they would win against, meaning they'd be backing Trump right now instead of DeSantis.

All anybody needs to know right now is that CNN, MSNBC, Vox, The Atlantic and a bunch of other Lying Leftist sites along with a bunch of Democrat politicians are stumping for DeSantis right now. Which is funny, because DeSantis himself has publicly come out and said that he has no desire to run for US President in 2024.

All DeSantis needs to do is not say anything that doesn't directly impact Florida and Floridians for the next two years. He'll be your President this decade, but not until after Trump has his second term.

I'm a Democrat now. Let's erase history, burn everything down and start over. China's going to end up owning everything anyways.
