Jill Biden is Joe's minder, but I doubt she's making policy decisions.

I'd say it's the neocon/ transnationalist faction of the State Dept, CIA, FBI, and Pentagon. And Israel, when it comes to Mideast decisions. If you want to ID exactly who, just start counting the noses of everyone who worked, and is working, to "get Trump".

It's a big crowd,including the 50(!) "intelligence" officers who signed a letter that the Hunter Biden laptop was "Russian disinfo"(!!). And State Dept officials who testified against Trump, including whoever it was that tellingly testified that Trump had gone against "the Interagency"(!)

Now, who's behind THEM... well, they've a big crowd and a long - established presence. They're not called the "permanent state" for nothing.

And Joe?
HIS role is to sit on the WH porch and cantankerously yell "GET OFF MY SIDEWALK!"

And obviously I was joking when I said anybody was working for Joe Biden*.

He might be the one puppet on strings that is lucky enough not to be aware of the fact he's a puppet on strings except for some moments of lucidity here and there.

Wouldn't that be nice for him? To be the only puppet that isn't being blackmailed into getting those strings surgically attached? Oh, who am I kidding. We know that ain't true. The only purpose of your existence for the next 5 months is to keep him from slipping away completely on us. This is to the exclusion of everything else. Your friends? The rest of your family? Your obligations? Your vacations? Your plans? Your religion? Your god? Your very own life?

Call them all off. None of that means a thing to you now. From this moment until November 5th you are owned. You are property. You will do whatever you are told, when you are told.
